It had been a loooong couple of days. Finding an apartment, going through the paperwork- (And Mr. Holmes head to toe inspection of the place), and then moving everything in had taken its toll.

Having crashed hours before, Lance was sprawled out on his bed, one arm thrown over his hair, the other on his draped over his side. So when there was a slight, sudden pressure at his side, he stirred slightly, sucking in a deep breathe. "...Alistair?" He asked groggily as he blinked a few times.

"What.. what are you doing in here?" The blonde mumbled, trying to pull himself from sleep. The hand that had been above his head came down and draped itself around Ali. "...I love you too. Now what's wrong?" Asleep or not, Lance didn't miss how the fabric of his shirt tightened in Alistair's grip, or that the brunette was giving him short, distant answers. And even in the dark, Lance could tell by the way Ali pressed his body against his side, or how the brunette's face was hidden in his shoulder.

Alistair was trying to make himself as small as possible.

"..A nightmare??" Alistair wasn't normally phased by things like a nightmare... It had to have been something big to pha- "....Oh.." Lance breathed, the dots connecting. "Your doppelganger..." The blonde sighed quietly. "Alright.... Alright.. Just for tonight." His hand traveled up, and brushed against Ali's hair and ear. "Did you want to talk about it?"

"Because you said two rooms..." The blonde mumbled. So this happened more then Lance was aware... Another quiet sigh and Lance pushed himself up just a bit to sit up against the head board, some of the blonde's hair tumbled over his shoulder as he moved. Alright... So maybe this wasn't a just for tonight thing. "Are you sure?" Some small, small part of him screamed this was too fast too soon but Lance ignored it. It had already been a few months and they were living together. If it was effecting Alistair that much, the blonde knew this was going to happen more then once. "I'm kind of surprised this has effected you this much..." Alistair was usually so good with his feelings and his control of them. Lance pulled Alistair up to rest against him, now a bit more awake then he was before. "Okay...." He said quietly.

"One room or not, that wouldn't have stopped you." The blonde snorted quietly. "That you want to sleep in one bed." Once again the hand came up to play with Alistair's hair, smoothing his bangs off his forehead for Lance to kiss. "You don't have to apologize... Not for that." His arm's wrapped around his boyfriend.

Lance just shook his head. "If anything, I was just worried if this was too fast. We've only been going out for what.. two- three months??." Again the blonde shrugged. "I've come to deal with it. You've gotten short with me over other things. So I know you don't mean it. You don't have to apologize."

"I'd like to think.. that after a year of spending every given moment with you, I can tell when your mad at me or not..." Lance hugged Alistair close. "Seriously though my dear, are you alright?"
