Like Blood Creek, Deadtown has it's own graveyard as well. But because the town is dramatically smaller, so is it's graveyard.

Marcus Pera - Gravekeeper
With a jolt and tumble, Marcus was suddenly thrown out of bed and onto the floor. He groaned and opened his eyes, looking back and forth. No one was there in his shack in the graveyard but him. He sighed and rubbed his head, it had hit the end table... Thankfully the wood was old and soft. He had been awoken by his own dream, it seemed. He was wide awake now, might as well stay up. Marcus grabbed his shoes form the floor and put them on, then he put on his hoodie. He grabbed the shovel-pick from under the bed and his father's pistol from the drawer in the table he hit his head on, putting the latter in his sweater pocket, all before heading outside. The moon was high and he smiled as he looked up at the stars, it was calm tonight and he hoped for it to stay that way.
He looked among the tombstones, and a frown befell him. It seemed that more and more people were dying from radiation poisoning and infection, made sense, but thankfully the doctor in town was skilled, having saved plenty of lives. Dr. V... He was included among those many lives and was indebted to him. He might be awake... Best not to disturb him if he's sleeping though. Marcus looked around and then noticed that a few empty graves had some more dirt and rocks in them. He lowered himself down into one, and begun to haul out the shovels of dirt that fell in.
