Junjie and his two Drakein were traveling for a time, with the Aiskala dragons circling over head, when a third member joined the icy group. Junjie gave them a long glance, sighed, then turned his attention to his Drakein, he opened his mouth, about to speak when a roar tore through the air. Jerking his head to the sky he realized that the dragons were no longer content to just wait. No, they got a third member to their group, a number that equaled that of Junjie's group, and they were going to be coming down to start the fight. It was something that shook Junjie a bit but he wasn't about to allow them to harm any member of his group. He would take care of his Drakein he thought to himself as he prepared a spell, lifting his staff up, and released the blinding power of his Aeduan magic. He could feel it, the fact that the power of the Blood Moon was starting to fade, meaning that he would be able to cast the other, lighter half of his spells once more.
The dragons all seemed to roar in sink before they crash landed into the snow, two of them getting back up to their feet, the third one though didn't. It seemed as though it had landed in just a way that it wasn't going to be getting back up. In fact after a moment of it twitching the Aiskala's form faded away, leaving behind nothing but a light teal colored dragon orb. Junjie gave it a momentary glance before motioning to Arjan, "Arjan! Get the orb!" Arjan quickly turned toward where the orb was laying before he rushed forward, keeping low to the ground. He would fetch the orb quickly, before the blindness that the other two dragons were suffering from faded. He was just snapping it up into his jaws when one of the dragons seemed to recover. It's eyes were on Arjan in an instant, spotting the orb in the Keindred's mouth. A roar came from the dragons mouth before it reared up, preparing to attack... but it was an attack that wouldn't come.
The moment that Junjie had called the order to Arjan to get the orb the mage had set to gathering more and more power to himself, allowing the flickering gold and green energy to wrap itself around the head of his dragon staff before he launched it toward the dragon that was barring down on the Kiandri Drakein, sending it flying. It wasn't dead yet but it was staggered pretty well, giving Arjan the opening that he needed to rush back to them, "Good boy, Arjan, I am very proud of you." Junjie said, giving him a smile before he turned to look at Abellio, "How are you doing?" He asked of him, about to sense that he was dragging forth some plants from the ocean nearby to aid them, a difficult spell in this weather but now that the spell was started Junjie added his own power to it. Together they would be able to get this particular summoning done, but it was obvious that this place, like Eowyn, was one where the Ysali were a bit on the weak side. They were going to have to train Arjan soon, the moment they left the icy continent of Aisko it was going to start.
Luckily though it would see that his own powers really were coming back to him, a good sigh perhaps that once the Blood Moon finally set for good he would be able to control other aspects of himself as well. Maybe that was a part of it, his wings growing in at such an inopportune time as the Blood Moon caused him to be unable to control them as he used to do. Junjie was hopeful that once this was all said and done that he would be able to resume his life as he had been living it. Well as he'd been living it but with a bit more traveling to villages and a bit less traveling in desolate places like the deserts of Eowyn and the windy continent of Ayr. He had vowed that he was going to start helping others after all and even if he never got his power to hide his wings back he was still going to do it. There were those out there that needed him and he couldn't be a coward anymore! This resolve seemed to bleed into his casting as some plants burst forth, entangling one of the dragon, "Alright, we finish this one off quickly then go for the last one." He said, holding up his staff toward the entangled dragon, "You hold him, Abellio, and I will end him."
A good blast of magical energy later and all that remained were some plants that were rapidly freezing over and an orb. Arjan seemed to be on it, hurrying to scoop up that one as well. As he returned to Junjie, handing both of them over, the group seemed to realize that one of the dragons was missing. It would seem that it had fled during the battle... but no matter, they wouldn't pursue it for now, they had gotten two orbs after all and already Junjie was feeling much stronger! They just had to keep pushing forward, he felt that he was on the cusp of a breakthrough!
