Cornelia Madeline Roman wrote this book in dedication to her late cousin, Fredrick Roman, who was killed on his way to visit her for Christmas. Fredrick Roman was a non-magical being who unfortunately stumbled upon a group of witches and wizards who frown upon his kind. After this tragic event, Cornelia set forth to educate all wizards of muggles. This book is the textbook for the Muggle Studies curriculum and can also be found in the Textbook section of the library.

CHAPTER ONE: DEFINE MUGGLE
Defining what a muggle is has always been a mystery. It is in a sense how we identify ourselves as witches and wizards. Like many other things in our world, we have accepted muggles as something we will never be able to understand but it is a simple concept. Muggles are people who lack the ability to use magic. Many do not know of that magic exists, or is real. That fact does not make muggles any less than us in anyway but rather a way to be grateful we were born into magic.
