Strange Gestures and Obsessions: He hardly talks and is not very expressive, but beneath that neutral silence he's often thinking about a lot of things -- whether they're important or ridiculous is another matter. He is practically always seen with his small, yet older, cousin Mitsukuni Haninozuka (Honey). When he lacks sleep, his personality changes drastically and he becomes talkative and flirtatious, but his memory of these incidences seems poor. He has a soft spot for animals and has a peculiar connection with them. He also has a fondness for small things and likes seashells.
Overall Personality: The strong and silent type, Mori is a taciturn and generally stoic person; he is also known as the 'wild' type for his habit of acting on his instincts. Despite his tall and somewhat intimidating appearance and demeanor (at 6'4" he is the tallest member of the Host Club), he is kind, gentle and surprisingly sentimental. His love is vast. He is fiercely devoted to Honey and cares deeply for him, but he is also very protective of those he cares about (his family, the Host Club, and his classmates). He is careful with his trust, but once he places it with someone, he doesn't make a habit of taking it away.
Social Life
Family History: For generations, the Morinozuka family had served the Haninozuka family until a marriage united them, breaking the master-servant tradition; despite this, members of the Morinozuka family tend to look out for the Haninozukas, as if instinctual. The Morinozuka family is also renowned for its prowess in kendo, though their dojos specialize in a variety of weapons-based martial arts (as opposed to the Haninozuka's specialties in hand-to-hand styles).
Personal History: Having grown up with Honey, ever faithful Mori has always looked out for him and kept his best interest in mind. The oldest Morinozuka son, he is (expectedly?) highly proficient in kendo and very capable with other weapons -- whether that was always the case is a mystery, but he let's people make their own assumptions. He continually strives to be dependable and makes sure he is a positive influence on his younger brother, who looks up to him.
Hobbies: Kendo, karate, caring for animals (currently, he has a pet chicken named Piyo; a tanuki named Pome; and, more recently, a cat named Kuroko)... and whatever Honey wants to do, which has been 'movie night sleepovers' as of late.
Special Skills: Kendo (have I mentioned that?), 'connecting' with animals, communicating without words, being completely unreadable, able to grab stuff from high places
