Xenosa was so damn tired of having to come back to this goddess awful dessert and all its heat. She wanted to come on to the Friani but Daesat kept telling her that she wasn’t strong enough and bla bla bla. However, she still respected her instructor and so she was sent right back out into the dessert to go find her some Kiandri. She was going to be here for a while so she was going to kill a few while she was here, oh how she wished it was like before when all she had to kill was stupid Ysali dragons!
At least this time around she knew how to find the dragons, it wasn’t as hard as the first time she’d set foot out in the dessert. Her target she found easily enough, a seemingly younger Kiandri that was out enjoying a bit of the extra hot sun for a bit. She did her regular routine, watch and learn. Granted there wasn’t much learning going on since the dragon wasn’t moving at all. So she sat there for a good while figuring out her strategy before she acted. Once that was in place, she took out her daggers and set off.
She’d sent both of her larger daggers flying towards the dragon which caught him off guard and couldn’t do much since both had hit it in the back. Then Xenosa was still running towards it, more daggers in hand as she began to steadily throw them. The dragon was dead by the time she made it over; Xenosa grabbed the orb and pocketed it. Job well done, she told herself. There was still work to be done however, so she set off once more to find another KIandri in the blazing hot dessert. This was going to be a long day.
