• Am I required to post a profile to play at Gaia's Original Host Club?
As of 4/5/14, YES. Even cameo characters are required to have a profile. It is canon for Kyouya to research everyone at Ouran Academy.
• Am I required to use the (rather extensive) character template to post a profile?
YES. It is designed to produce a well-rounded character and provide everyone with useful information about what your character looks like, behaves like, and your background. Please follow it.
• Am I required to post my class schedule?
No, that template is optional. You may choose to use it or not, as you see fit.
• May I post more stuff in my profile?
Of course! Post as much as you like. The templates are a minimum, not a maximum.
But you may wish to bear in mind that this is also considered Kyouya's canon notebook. Anything you post here, he's likely to know.
• I have a question about my character application that isn't covered here. Who should I ask?
Little Miss Shiny is currently handling all character applications. Please contact her with any questions you may have.
• I'm not happy with my current character. May I start it over?
You may not decide to start a character over from scratch. It is too difficult for other players to forget all of their prior history with that character. You may retire characters and bring them back later, but their past history with the rest of the club will not be altered.
