 So the days began to mash together the longer valkai continues to sore through the sky, mindless and aimless. The times where he would look at the ground from way up in the clouds as fields of green shot past his eyes.
Days had past since he had anything decent to eat, and his wings grew heavy. With no care he hurtled towards the ground as if a shooting star was piercing the night sky. Falling and then wing spread before hitting the ground, a shock wave of wind and dust busted out from beneath and around him causing the tree's to move and shake.
Looking around Slowly, and sniffing there air, he sensed no danger. he peered towards his faithful companion hawka, "Are you hungry too ? " , The sound of there belly's gave a small roar.

Xing-Huang never wanted to stray far from his home by the river. With his caring mother and father, and his half sister so near by, why would he ever want to? He'd tried being away from home on occasion, meeting new people, other gods, testing his domain, but he was always quick to return to their side, finding peace and balance in being near the river. Was this why his father loved this area so much? Was this why his mother would speak so quietly, so soothingly to him when he was panicked? Perhaps he didn't know.
But something was different about today. Maybe it was that sudden sound of a crash in the nearby forest. Quietly, cautiously, the blind god made his way towards it, each step careful and deliberate. He had no reason to fear. There was no reason to fear anything.
"Hello? Is anyone there?" He called out, wondering if it had just been his imagination.
