So there's this one recipe for salmon that I absolutely adore. It's one of my favorite meals, and over the weekend I made it for the Dr. Who 50th Anniversary episode.

I forget the exact name of the dish, but it's a orange herb salmon with rice and asparagus! I probably made way too much, but I was excited:

I LOVE SALMON! Did you use real oranges or orange juice? Did you marinade them? Does salmon need marinading? It tastes so good with just a little salt and basil... How many people were you feeding?

I used real orange peels and real orange juice, and it does marinate for about 3-4 hours. It's seasons with salt and tarragon. I was feedin' 3 people, includin' myself, but I did go a bit overboard since I love salmon so much.
