Was was it getting cold again? Now that True October was fading into Waning October the weather around Amity was becoming more and more deary. While he liked the darkening settings, he was not fond of the thing that came with it. Cold. And today he had chosen a particularly bad day to go out. It had started to drizzle just enough to cling to a creeper's cloths and stick it to them. Thankfully he had been in the maul, but he was loath to leave it at the moment. at least till the clouds passed along.

This left the flame demon with another problem. Boredom. He wound up spending a bit more than he intended, and grabbed something to eat to try and pass the time. Grabbing some spicy flaming hot batwings, (flames included) he wandered around looking for a spot in the slightly overcrowded Maul.

That was when he spotted his favorite person (not). He debated passing right by, but... then he remembered something.

Had he ever gotten that paopu?

Andrew took a seat next to him. "Hi what's up?" he started the conversation slowly. Never mind that the frost demon did not like him at all.

It was safe to say that Molan's days weren't unpleasant. The world had returned to normal(as far as he recalled) and he weather suited him more. All was well in the proverbial land of Halloween. Aside from his brother seeming less... out and about than usual. But he hadn't brought anything up to him, so maybe he just wanted some alone time. He couldn't say for sure, but it was best not to bother him too much.

Regardless, that was all aside. He'd gone out for a stroll that morning and ended up at the maul and was, as of current, hiding indoors since the pitter patter of rain had started up outside. He wasn't too keen on getting drenched on his way back, so he'd instead decided to pick up a snack at the food section. And, seeing as there was a new flavor of eyescream he'd of course opted to try it. After selecting one of the few open spots, a bench, he'd taken to casually ignoring everyone around him while he worked on his snack. That was, of course, until, someone sat next to him. And that someone spoke up.

With a voice he didn't expect to hear. In a calm tone he wasn't expecting. With all too casual a conversation he hadn't been expecting either. All of it seemed a bit surreal, like the world had, perhaps, not been so normal after that whole debacle. That perhaps some pieces weren't set right. Like perhaps Andrew had just woken up with amnesia to a degree... or something. Because he definitely wasn't friends with this demon. And not on terms that began with 'Hi, what's up?'

And that was why, for a good ten or more seconds, he merely stared at Andrew utterly bewildered, and a bit to dumbfounded to find the words to respond. What was wrong with this picture? Still, after the stunned silence, seeing as he didn't want to cause a fuss and the gears were only just then starting back up he did have a reply. "Nothing much." And thus, their casual conversation continued.

At least no one was planning the demise of the other. Yet.

Well that was unusual. The nonchalant reply set him back a moment. Usually his presence was met with a good degree of annoyance at the very least.

He settled pulling his tail up and comfortably in his lap. A ghoul with two heads passed by and he watched her walk, attention briefly sliding after her before it returned to his plate. He took one and took a bit, letting it roll around on his tongue and then swallowed before returning his attention onto Molan.

Andrew wasn't quiet sure what to do with a Molan that was so relaxed. He almost didn't want to break it.

"I'm waiting for the rain to stop." he played with his wings, unbothered by the flames that licked his fingers, in fact they actually made little shapes moving to follow his thoughts, much like swirling sauce on a plate.
