History:
Rose was originally native to Faraway Island of Hoenn, and spent her youth on the island. When she grew older her curiosity drove her to explore more of Hoenn, and in time she flew all over the region. Other, older pokemon had strongly warned her to stay away from the humans or she might be captured, so she steered clear of them and watched form afar. After a while she heard some people say they were leaving for a new region, one with less humans and more open space. She grew curious about this place as well and stowed away on their ship, eventually arriving at the region of Zatao.
This new place was great fun to explore, with all sorts of terrain and pokemon to meet, and outside the two cities, humans were indeed pretty scarce and easy to avoid. After a time Rose decided she wanted to a home of her own, and found a nice little glade where she could nest. But she soon grew tired and a bit lonely by herself; the place was nice, but there were no other pokemon around. So she instead decided to make a place where all sorts of pokemon could gather and be friends. So she flew off to find a new place to live.
She didn't find any place that seemed suitable for all different kinds of pokemon to live together, but soon realized that she could dig and shape the land to be more hospitable. She picked the place with the most potential, then using a combination of her psychic abilities and the various moves she'd learned over the years, she dug, planted, and shaped the land to make a better home. Now she works to gather friends together in a place where everyone can be safe and happy.
