Hobbies: Bargain shoppingShe likes a good deal and does not like to pay full price for anything. Clarice is one where she will wait for that 20% off coupon before buying anything or do shopping at good will and thrift stores to find clothing she sees as being inspiring. She is absolutely more than willing to go shopping with friends, they should just be aware that she very well may leave them in the dust if she zero's in on something she wants. (see next hobby)
Clothes Splicing/ SewingOh dear, her passion in life, clothes splicing. She's not really what you'd consider a fashion guru but she definitely has her own unique taste in clothes. Instead of spending money on patterns she goes thrift shopping to find article of clothes that have elements of what she's looking for then takes them home and rips the seams. From there she takes elements of the clothing she did like and alters them into something new or better form fitting. When it comes to dress splicing a lot of the material from the original dress is reusable and frequently re-used in other designs for shirts or for embellishments along the side of pants or skirts.
Crafting Wire wrapping pendants, chain mail jewelry, crocheting hats and scarves; anything to keep her hands busy. Clarice is, for the most part, a jack of all trades master of none. She just dabbles in a few things here and there when inspiration hits but doesn't really pursue one craft over another. Though she isn't one to host parties, she is not at all disinclined to participate in store run classes or do crafting with a few friends, what better way to learn new techniques than from others?
Virtues: Imaginative Clarice has the ability to imagine the end result before even starting a project. Her mind tends to live in the 'what if' and 'oh that'd be cool' state. With the aid of her journal she is able jot down ideas and do some decently detailed sketches to convey her ideas in a visual manner. She she can, and frequently does, vocally express her ideas but if you want her to get to the point it's best to have her write it down and show you unless you want to see her fairly animated and excited about an idea (hand waving and tangents included).

Devoted Once she has her mind set on something she will do whatever it takes to see it though. Even if she starts to get discouraged because the outcome of a project isn't how she had initially imagined it, she will still push through just so she doesn't leave anything unfinished.
Problem Solver This comes into play when it comes to people and projects. If someone has a problem unfortunately she is one where she will try to fix it. Or if there is a dispute she will try to figure out the most fair route to settle the disagreement. In terms of projects since she's able to visualize an end product she then is left with the task of 'ok this is how I want it to look like now how do I make it?' It takes a bit of trial and error but eventually she will figure it out and if not she's open to outside assistance.
Flaws: Does not accept criticism well She tends to clam up when confronted with criticism and has been known to shed a few tears when she doesn't receive the reaction she was hoping for when presenting someone with one of her current projects. She takes criticism to heart almost like a personal attack and sees it as a failure even if it is constructive criticism. This feeling may last a few hours or a few days and has a tendency to kill her inspiration but she normally bounces back pretty quickly.
Dwells on thing Pretty self explanatory, Clarice has a tendency to dwell on things that are both her own personal problems or someone else problems. It's just hard for her to let things go and move on sometimes be it a comment someone made or something currently going on that has her perplexed. Though she believes that she is a private dweller, it is painfully obvious to people around her that there's something on her mind if only by the look on her face or vibe she gives off. Times like these it's best to leave her alone.
Absent minded With such an active imagination, Clarice has a tendency to get lost in thought which some people, unless they know her well, take as being disinterested in a conversation or deliberate ignoring. In order to aid herself with her absent mindedness she keeps a book or journal with her where she writes down everything including lists and ideas, however she tends to forget where she put the book which doesn't help matters.
