The smell of the fresh fruit filled the hybrids nose. Her tongue flicked out to moisten her lips before she broke into the fresh. The sweet, tangy fruit filled her dry mouth. It was a relief to feel the flesh of the fruit in her mouth. It wasn't common to find fresh fruit on Eowyn, but Erionda had been spending years growing her own small garden. Now there were small fruits to her labor. Figuratively and legitimately, she had worked hard to grow. Taking another bite from the small fruit in her hand Erionda neared another edge of the cliff. Leaning forward, her hair slipped over her shoulder.

Erionda wasn't fond of the Malro Dessert. Let alone the Terra Expanse. She had been hunting the area for any kind of plant or seed. One she could possibly move to her house and replant. Some of the plants she had found had been been worth far more than she had thought in some of them. Shifting to her stomach Erionda shifted down another large cliff.

The hybrid had been climbing all day. And now she was working her way back home. In her bag where a few more seeds and strange plants she had gathered during the day. Slipping on a stone Erionda had to struggle not to scream. This area was littered with danger. Firani dragons, while possible to defeat still posed a significant problem. The Gaili that also lived in the area posed even more. She wasn't sure she was strong enough to fight the dragons on their own. With Kilian it was a sure thing against the Aeduan and Diabi.

Rolling down several feet Erionda managed to correct herself. Groaning, her arms pushing her up into a sitting position. Checking her bag for any damaged fruit Erionda sighed. Her feet shimmed under her body, rising to her feet the ground suddenly grew unsteady below her. Cursing Erionda withdrew her sword. Unsure of exactly what was going on. Her eyes darted around the rocky face without catching sight of anything. The ground below her shifted again. Whirling around to face another direction, the hybrids heart dropped. Nothing came at her from the air or from any other direction behind in front or to the sides.

Crumbling to her knees, loosing her balance against the shifting ground under feet. Yellow eyes met her mismatched ones. A Gaili! Erionda screamed mentally. Her pupils dilated as she reached for her sword. Her magic was practically useless in the heat grinding her teeth Erionda slashed out towards the Dragon as it focused on her. Stabbing her blade into it's eye before it had a chance to attack her. Her voice raising into a yell as she pressed with all her might into the dragons skull attempting to sever it's life from it's body. Leaning against her blade as it dug into the ground. The shock had been thrilling.
