Solomon would have sent Dory a text, except they happened to share a wall. So instead at about 8:30, Solomon had begun using morse code through the wall (or something like it). There might have been a bit too much 'Let the Right One In' in his life to prompt that being the right decision to make, but it was the one he made.

The fact he didn't actually know morse code wasn't actually thought through, and eventually the sun hunter cupped his hands around his mouth and put the whole mess up to the wall to try and shout through it instead (he was a toddler in his heart).
"LET'S GO SHOPPING."
With what? Well, he had some money on him because he was an awesome person (and also had smuggled money with him to the island like a boss) and so he wanted to go shopping and hey, they were (kind of) getting paid to go shopping with the Division Leader's lists, right? It was a flawless plan and he really was sick of being landlocked.
Which was why, heading up the lighthouse, he seemed to almost grouch when along with the list, he was given..a..umm..
"..It's a dice."
"Yeah, you have to roll it."
Solomon stared, then did just that. Why did they roll a dice to do work?
Either way, he was handed a rather pissed looking lady golem (who was probably taller than Dory by barely.)

At first he wondered if Solomon even knew what he was saying when he started scraping against the wall. Dorian actually knew how to speak morse code - when you lived in a house with seven other kids, you learnt things to keep the parents blissfully unaware of the bullshit that you were getting in to. Regardless.
It didn't take long for him to accept the offer of shopping - it was one of his favourite things to do, when he had money. He'd figure something out when they got there - they couldn't be expected to do some shopping trip without some kind of fundage so that he could get . . .
This list.
He was expected to understand the list, for one, and then buy the items on it, or something like that. "I 'ope you know I 'aven't exactly shopped for a woman in a long time." He stated to his partner-in-crime, as he went to roll the dice with an almost lazy approach to it, not really caring much about the outcome of the roll.
It wasn't until he had received his golem that he perked up a bit.
"I know this one!" He chirruped a little, mind falling back on his division leader, before being offered the golem.
"I also 'ope you brought your own funds. I want to get. .. things." He admitted, before going to jump in to this fantastic trip.
"Glad you know yours. I have no idea who mine is." Well, from process of elimination she wasn't Sun or Mist. That was a good start at least! Still, her list was exceedingly easy (except for the whole push up bra bit). He could do sports stuff, anyways, so in that way he'd gotten the easier bet here.
On the other hand, however, going through the portal landed them in a mall that was strangely devoid of practical stores and instead was just full of... "Man, these look really expensive." And they were because the dice hated the bromance that much. Where did one get a bat in these stores?
At the mention of money, Solomon flashed his own debit card. "Good thing they pay us on this island or else we'd have really shitty a** holidays and break days." But shopping was fun stuff!
In his opinion. Might have been from having sisters.
Looking his bro over in the Golem, he gave a little head tilt left and right, eyebrows raising a bit as he worked on trying to figure out who the other man was. After a moment, he could only shrug, giving him a slightly blanked look. "You 'ave me. Maybe we will figure it out when we get back, oui?" He figured, giving another shrug before looking over their choices, giving a little squishy faced look with his own golem, which probably looked rather silly.
"Some of these places I 'ave never been in." He admitted, placing his hands in his pockets as they went to walk towards the first store, the shinies from within making him feel a little . . . broke. May as well get through with this (even if he wasn't sure what he could get at such a ritzy looking building.
"Does this make my butt look big?" Effect: The golem is insecure and is looking for a compliment.
Looking at his list and the first store the Edith golem headed into, he started looking around at everything in the Coach store, brow knitting together. "Didn't realize this place sold more than just....." he waved vaguely, "Suitcases..."
However, he was sure of one thing. There was absolutely nothing on his list that could be found in this store, so he started looking through the gloves with some interest. The Edith golem tried on a pair then asked the strangest question he had ever heard.
"ERROR QUERY: LOCATION? INPUT NEEDED." Effect: The golem looks at you blankly as shoppers around at you give you an odd look as they begin to whisper among themselves. Choose a store, any store.
Whilst his friend looked around the store for things he could get for his own golem, Dorian spent the greater of his time humming and hawwing about potential options for his list. It didn't help that he had such a limited budget, whilst this shop was sitting here asking 2 grand for a watch.
He spent, like, 20 bucks once for a watch and it still worked.
Giving a little sigh of defeat, he tried to offer up a coat, thinking hard about it. Not like he could buy the ******** thing, but he may as well try to appease the golem. "'ow about this?" He murmured a little outwards, hoping it would answer him. After a moment, he felt a strange sensation, and in a fell swoop, the Golem's thought proccess jammed up, and all it could say was
"ERROR QUERY: LOCATION? INPUT NEEDED."
"Tabernac!"He chirped outwards, trying to quell down the strange movements and words coming out of her, looking to Sol, giving him a little hastened 'let's get out of here I think mine's dysfunctional' look, before hastily buying the sexiest pair of gloves he had ever seen, out of his own funding.
He decided to go with American Eagle. He had been here before.

Given a few strange looks by other shoppers when Aria!Golem went bizarre, due to the fact he was 'with' them, Solomon quickly herded Edith golem out as well, following after his bro into a different store - one that he could actually see had the stuff he needed to buy in it.
Oh joyous day.
Except upon getting to the door, Edith!Golem immediately put the brakes on.
"I'm not going in there."
Wait, wat?
Solomon passed Dory a look (which was visible because he was sans-visor today). "I'll um..." He looked around, "We'll head over to Champ's Sport, shop for a while and you can come find us later or something okay?"

It didn't take long for the Canadian to realize that his bro wasn't with him, his head turning left and right to see if he had gotten lost in the crowd. After a moment, he caught sight of him ad Edith!Golem - the creature refusing to step in and a knowing looking from the hunter. He wasn't going anywhere.
"Text me if anything 'appens." He voiced outwards, holding up his phone in his free hand, the other one coddling a couple pieces of clothing he was a breath away from purchasing as long as the golem was fine with it.
"Em.. 'ow about this?" He asked the golem, feeling a little silly about asking his not-division leader about clothing, eyebrows raising a little. In response, the golem grabbed his arm, pointing around wildly.
"Let's go over here!" She chirped, but didn't move yet, hoping for an answer. Giving a little indignant snort, he shook his head.
"Not this time, I'm buying this, but I need your response." he puffed up a little, before showing her the clothing.
"I want that one instead." Effect: Look at the item you're viewing on the page. Move two items left. Your golem wants that item instead.
"I want that one, instead."
Giving her a little grumpy look, Dory put down the coat he had pulled up for her, looking behind himself at the one she was pointing at. At least she had some semblance of good taste, looking at the soft creamy coat. It covered her butt and almost went to her knees, so he figured that it would work. Clearing his throat a little, he went and picked a nice tunic shirt and somescarves, pressing them against her to make sure that they at least fit, colour wise.
Lastly, he caught sight of a sweet little miniskirt, picking it up as soon as he could so not-so-Aria couldn't complain about it or something. Feeling comfortable with his decision, he went to pay, at the small nit-pickings of the golem, who still seemed a little bent no going to a new store. Sigh.
Opening his phone up, he composed the best text he could to his friend with his still limited english writing.

Golems dumb, shopping dumb. Got stuff at AE. How goes battle?
In the new store, Solomon immediately did 2 things:
1- Grab the closest things that looked like they were on his list 2 - Hand them to his golem. He even tried to make them...sort of match.
She seemed to be..pretty OK about trying things on, but she was sulking and Solomon found himself sighing a bit. "There aren't any baseball bats here either." he noted to the response of a quiet 'You're joking' from Not-Edith.
"Yeah, I am not a fan of this store much either."He admitted to the golem, who seemed to be all and out sulking about the prospect of the building they were looking at. If anything, she seemed all right with trying things on, after being coaxed to consider some ideas for her requests for feminine items.
First, he decided on a simple dress, that was muted colours, with matching bracelet and those fantastic shoes. Yes, Aria never specified if she needed shoes, but you couldn't go out with a pair of shoes that didn't match the dress. He was male, sure, but when you had at least four sisters, you learnt fashion. He threw some stockings in too. Bitches get cold, when exposed, or well, his sisters always said so.
Going down a few aisle, they were able to score some sweet boot cut pants for the Division lead, and to his amusement, he was able to secure a nice pair of pajamas for her also. Hunh. That was his whole list, and he still had . . . a lot of money. He'd have to see if there was anything he could pick up for her on the side.
Turning to leave and call for his bro, his eyes skimmed over something that made him almost snort in laughter, going to open his phone for a quick text;

J, C, Penney, pronto. Gotta see this.
As he saw the man get closer, he turned around all dramatically, clinging a rather bright bra to his chest, giving a fake eyelash flutter.
Solomon had a few bags held on the crook of his arm and his phone in the other, looking at the text that he'd gotten from Dory. "That'll probably have bras, then..." It was kind of a strange tack-on-item, he had to say, but never the less it gave the boys and excuse to meet up again.
The sight of Dory in the lingerie section (with some women giving both men dirty looks for being there, despite female companionship into the section) holding up the bra prompted laughter from the taller of the two. "Well! I'd say your hair is prettier than that, but I think if you put your head into it it'll fit you pretty well." he teased as he started looking at bras himself.
He'd barely looked at a lacy pink one when Edith!Golem had pointed at another one. "I want this one." she said promptly and Solomon shrugged, taking a few off of the hanger so she could try them on.
Just no- "There are changing rooms for that!" Solomon said, quickly herding the Golem into one and shooting Dory a look that said 'Why me'. Then he returned to pick up the lacy pink one, holding it up himself. "This one is a bit more my speed anyways, you think?"
"Ah, câliss, aller trouver un autre homme à sucer." He stated a little loudly at the women who were scowling at him. The looks of confusion were making it obvious that he was - once again - in unfamiliar territory when it came to language, but he couldn't give a s**t. He was actually enjoying his time shopping, and when Sol turned around with the lacy brassiere.
Snapping his fingers, he went scrounging through the racks close to them,before pulling out a rather lacy ensemble, looking the Sun Hunter over. "I t'ink this would suit you rather well with that racy piece, oui?" he teased a little, knowing the man could take a joke or two.
"I am sure we can buy for ourselves now, non?"

Solomon took the dress from Dorian, held it up to his chest, then did a single spin with it. "It's absolutely my color." he said with a smile, though really it was very nice to have someone to enjoy some very liberating humor with. Why couldn't he wear a dress after all?
That made him tempted to just go and buy it for just that reason. Still, since Dory had gone as far as to pick a dress out for him, Solomon had to do likewise, finding a very similar dress and holding it up to his bro with an approving click of his tongue.
"We could totally go out and pick up guys in these."
