 Ok everyone, I've been discussing this with Spotted and we figured that now the theme and basic plot has been decided it was about time we organized the first Art & Graphics meeting of the year. We hope to have this some time next week. As for time we're thinking of an advisory start time around 4-6pm PST (12-2am GMT) and preferably a weekday. Please tell us which days you would be able to attend and when would be the best time in this slot for the meeting. This will be a general planning meeting for the year and we would like to discussing shop ideas for both graphics and art as well. I've noticed that meetings generally start around 1-3am GMT here anyway, so the time should be about right I think for a slightly earlier meeting...I put this thread up now as it's 11am here and I have to go to work in a few hours (working late shifts) Btw, I'm on GMT but we have to cater for the fact that majority of the members are in America so best meeting times tend to be early hours for me *nods*

I work till 10:30 on the weekdays, unless we are doing the meeting around thanksgiving, I can only attend after 10:30 EST Time.

Not Saturday. Hell no. Not Saturday. Just no. Not this Saturday, or any Saturday this month really. I've got two dress rehearsals and a concert this Saturday, then next Saturday I have a recital. You've no idea the mind set I'd be in. Just don't do it if you expect me there.
Mondays are never good. Ever. I've got twelve and a half hours of classes and hardly time to eat.
Tuesdays are awesome. I'm free basically all day.
Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays I'm good after 6 EST. Sundays I'm good as of 2 EST.

Um but yeah, weekdays are good for me, except for Monday. Monday is a no go unless it's after 7/8PM PST.
Um, Saturdays and Sundays are iffy. Saturdays are a definite no unless it's after 7/8PM PST, like Mondays. Sundays are either no for most of the day, or yes for the whole day.

Ok guys, what you say we have the meeting sometime around 5-7pm PST (1-3am GMT , 8-10pm EST) on the 27th, 28th or 29th of November (as most people will be home for thanksgiving in america)? ~please say which date is best for you~

27th i'll be at work
28th i'll be preping food for most of the morning and later in the day will be at gramps house stuffing everyone's faces...
29th is black friday so going to those crazy shopping sales for most of the day but if the meeting is after sunset in california then i should be home before that.
