Today, he felt successful. The energy was pulsating throughout his body as the ninja rested at his camp for the time being in his preparations. Takeo was busy as he made a healthy amount of stone daggers to use for this new hunt as he lazily lounges around on the ground. He held the dagger up in the air to look at the detail and he smiled to himself. “It’s today . . .” Takeo was ever so serious about this now. These past few hunts it was all stepping stones to this day as he collected his belongings that he needs with him and grabbed the spear that he had made the other day. The mask was pulled down over his face and left for another hunt.
He stalked through the shadows as usual; concealing his presence as he hunts for his target. Before him was an Ysali dragon. There were no traps this time or anything so sneaky for Takeo knew he is in their territory now. Anything that he tries might backfire and so the only way to win this hunt is to go head on with them. The spear was toss and it stabbed the earth to block the Ysali dragon’s escape. The moment it turned around to run is when the ninja has landed and tossed a few sharpened stone daggers along its chest like they were shurikens. The dragon cried in pain and Takeo took the time to hurry and reach for the spear that was still stuck in the ground. The plant life stirred below his feet in attempt to stop him in, but he was nimble on his feet and leaped before them all and tumbled towards the spear. His hand reached out to grab it and he quickly stood up on his feet and speared the sharp edge directly into the Ysali’s chest as it attempted to bite him.
It cried and wailed out in pain as Takeo pushed the spear in deep inside before he broke the end off and leaped back. A few more shuriken stones were held in his hand just in case, but the Ysali fell down in its defeat and death. Finally, the ninja was successful in his first hunt as he held no remorse while watching the dragon decay and turning into dust only to leave the dragon orb in its place. He stepped forward and plucked the shining green orb from the ground. His mission was a success as he would be heading home to rest for another hunt in the future.
