User ImageName: Raleigh Pryce Wyndham

Nickname: Leigh

Age: 16

Birthday: January 22

Sign: Aquarius

Gemstone: Hematite

Blood Type: A-

Fav. Food: Mocha walnut ice cream

Hated Food: Oreos

School: Azure Valley Academy

Hobbies:
Running: Leigh could be a high school level champion, if he cared enough to compete. He participates in just about any charity or fitness run he can get to, and practices on his own every morning by running three or four miles. Leigh has run marathons in a little over three and a half hours and 10,000 meters in about half an hour. Like his siblings, he displays an admirable dedication to his craft. Also like his siblings, he regards his craft as a solitary endeavor, and doesn't much appreciate interruption.

Flute: Like his siblings, he had to pick up an instrument. Unlike Paul and Chenoeh, who took to their instruments like fish to water, Leigh didn't so much take to his instrument as sort of flail at it. He genuinely wants to be good at music, but he's so used to being good at everything he does without really trying that the amount of practice musicality requires irks him. On occasion, he bothers to practice his flute playing, but mostly it's for four or five minutes until he gets too frustrated and gives up.

Snacking: For his sixteenth birthday, he got a subscription to graze. He likes protein bars--clif bars, luna bars, yogurt bars--and energy drinks. And he hates, hates, hates sitting down to eat full meals, so you can bet that he's got trail mix or something on him to eat at all times. If you get hungry, he can pull a protein bar out of nowhere, he's so on that.

Virtues:
Dork - Leigh is pretty cheerful. He's alarmingly unselfconscious, and spreads this over the people around him like an umbrella. Are you bad at dancing? He’s got you covered. For the person who has everything except cool moves, Leigh is there to make you feel better about yourself. He can talk about nothing at all for about an entire year. He's generous with his time and with his snacks and with his running prowess.

Also, the soothing sound of his uhms and you knows will help you sleep at night.

Optimistic - Leigh hasn't exactly had it easy, which is kind of silly to say when describing a young white cis male in an upper class family, but he hasn't. There was the whole issue with his dad ollying out, his older brother having little to no time for him, his mother and grandparents being overly obsessed with Med School Paul and Cello Prodigy Chenoeh and having little to no time for him.

But he doesn’t back down when the going gets tough. He knows there are moments, small and private, like little stars glittering in the vast cosmic darkness, that make it all worthwhile. He holds onto those moments. He remembers good things and wants the people around him to remember those good things, too.

Principled - He’s not afraid to stand up for what he thinks is right. It's part of being completely without a sense of decorum or self-consciousness; he's not going to sit by and let bad things happen if he doesn't have to. (And you'd be surprised at the situations in which Leigh thinks there's a preventable injustice going on.) Nor he isn’t too proud to stand down or re-evaluate his beliefs when new information is presented to him. He's the guy who will be all for something and, when someone proves him wrong, apologize and change his viewpoints. He's not married to ideas as much as he's married to the idea of things being good for people.

Flaws:
Dork - He's really unselfconscious, which can result in a lot of oversharing. A lot of oversharing. He will tell you exactly where he got snow or sand, and he likes making common ground with people, which means he can ask a lot of really invasive questions without meaning to be as invasive as he is. Hey, if he doesn't have shame, why should anyone else? He likes to get into people's personal bubbles so he can make sure they're getting involved in things and making friends.

Incapable of Dropping It - He's got really firm ideas for what's right and wrong. As far as Leigh is concerned, laws and rules are just a really crappy (but well-meaning!) attempt to enforce morality on people. So if he breaks a couple rules to make things right, then that's okay, isn't it? He's the guy who will bully a bully and then never forgive them for what they did; and then when he gets in trouble for that, he'll argue with a teacher until he turns that first detention into three. And if someone doesn't actually physically stop him, he will probably turn those detentions into a suspension.

Space Case - Leigh genuinely believes the world is a fair and righteous place. He believes that karma is gonna even everything up in the end and that if he explains things the right way, people will come around to his point of view. There is not a single person that he believes in genuinely evil; everyone, he knows, is good at their heart. And nothing anyone says can convince him otherwise.

Senshi: Sailor Cerberus, Senshi of Unity

Challenge: Stand strong, stand together!
Challenge B: We are alive, and we are not alone.

Fuku Colour:
Main Color: White
Secondary Color: Yellow

Fuku:
CC! Maybe inspired by Mass Effect? [1] [2]

Attacks:
Sailor Scout Attack: Cerberus Perfect Partnership!
Cerberus calls out the name of his attack, hands raised to the sky; they begin to glow a bright golden yellow. He then has fifteen seconds to grab on to a partner: this partner can be of any faction or even a civilian. For thirty seconds, Cerberus and his partner's actions are brought into harmony, allowing for seamless teamwork - they are able to anticipate each other's actions and coordinate attacks instinctively. If Cerberus uses this spell on an enemy, it functions in exactly the same way. They are still able to anticipate each other's actions, only there's less attack coordination and more attack evasion. Once the thirty seconds end, so does the residual effect. He can use this attack once per day.

Super Sailor Scout Attack: Cerberus Perfect Unity!
Cerberus calls out the name of his attack, hands raised to the sky; they begin to glow a bright golden yellow. He then has fifteen seconds to 'tag' as many as three partners. These partners can be of any faction or even civilians. For thirty seconds, Cerberus and his partners' actions are brought into harmony, allowing for seamless teamwork - they are able to anticipate each other's actions and coordinate attacks instinctively. If Cerberus uses this spell on an enemy, it functions in exactly the same way. They are still able to anticipate each other's actions, only there's less attack coordination and more attack evasion. Once the thirty seconds end, so does the residual effect. He can use this attack once per day.

Eternal Sailor Attack: Cerberus Mind Merge!
Cerberus's Eternal attack functions essentially the same as his Super and Scout attacks. He raises his hands and calls out the name of his attack, there's a gold glow, he has fifteen seconds to grab up to two targets. Except this time, rather than being able to perfectly predict the others' moves, the people he chooses will get a thirty-second clip of the other person's life: memories, dreams, aspirations. (Cerberus, as the medium of transference, sees both 'biopics'.) In combat, this attack doesn't often come up with much sensible information (and of course, the glamor holds: in all memories, the person in question appears as their powered form and no one the other person doesn't already know will be recognizable after; civilians will not be recognizable at all, by face or voice. Basically, they look super bland and unmemorable). However, with concentration, Cerberus is able to pick a vague topic: for instance, he could generalize to times I got broken up with and the memories pulled from each participant in question would be purely breakup memories.

This is obviously disorienting, but the degree depends solely on the people involved. Cerberus, as the medium of this transaction, is always reeling afterwards. For this reason, his Eternal attack is almost never used in combat. He can use it once per day.

Hey, Roma!

I think the civ side of this profile is fabulous (and he looks adorable!)! I really like the attacks for his powered side, so this will be quick! There was one small thing about his eternal attack that I think might be sort of problematic, but I have a suggestion to remedy that!

In the attack, "in all memories, the person in question appears as their powered form and no one the other person doesn't already know will be recognizable after"; keeping glamour for the powered individuals is a necessity you've got covered, but the other people involved in the memories aren't. If Cerberus is seeing both biopics for two Negaverse boys and he picks 'times you got dumped', there is the possibility that he knows the person dumping either of the nega boys. If he knows the identity of that person, he can then talk to them to find out who their past exes were and weed out which one was the nega boy. To prevent this, I think it might be best to say that all faces/names/revealing facts about the memory are kinda blurred or fuzzy, though if you anyone involved in the memory, instead of identifying them you might instead feel a sort of familiarity about them. The alternative is that they can see the memory and the people involved, but they would then have to forget any faces or names involved during the memory to make sure everyone is still safe.

Other than that, though, I think this attack is really neat, so quote me if you have any questions, comments or make any changes and I'll get back to you asap!

I edited it so that, while nothing is blurred, all of the civs just look SUPER UNREMARKABLE, and if asked later they won't be able to describe/identify the civ in question. Is that better?
