Class: Effie attends art class, music class, english, science, history and maths. He enjoys only these subjects and detest others. Especially cooking.
Secrets: He murdered somebody
Powers: He has the power to transform into a wisp - The wisp he transforms into is a mix of mainly ice blue and black
Ice - Being the type of wisp he is he can control ice (he can freeze water and stuff so)
Likes: His violin, winter and playing around with his friends

Personality: Effie is a very quiet person in general and doesn't say too much but rather let his thoughts wonder. In class he is either sleeping or daydreaming. He has a kind of lazy aura around him but likes to strive to success
Bio: Effie was born into a fairly prestigious family but the discovery of the witch casting a curse on him was a shock to his family. They couldn't keep him because he would affect their heritage and name.They abandoned him. They kept him with another family who brought him up and raised him.
He attended school like every other child and grew up to be a dazzling boy. Everyone found his name strange so they called him Effie. As he was entering high school he moved because of the birth of his younger sister (Which he is not aware of) and was sent to Black Rose in order to stay as far as possible.

Bio: Phillp grew up in a strange orphanage. He didn't have too much friends but it was with no doubt that he was one of the sweetest kids in the orphanage. He met a girl called Florence (Flaky) and they both started dating They both were together constantly and loved each others company until he nearly murdered her. He then was placed into Black Rose for his past actions.
