Fine, then I'll be the first to post here... Avery, because he saved Risika almost three times even though she's a monster, he's helpful and protective, he's tolerant of her (sort of - at least he didn't get mad at her for drawing on his face haha), and he always seems like he knows what he's doing. Besides, who wouldn't love a man who thinks his systems are failing when his heart rate is elevated emotion_awesome

NPC Ares. He's ambitious, clever, and harsh. He's pretty much everything I admire in someone. Plus, Rutger Hauer is a silver-haired fox! emotion_drool
Other than that, probably Orin (powerful, wise, loyal) or Colonel Cosgrove (powerful, serious, gentle, wise, leader, and ALAN RICKMAN). emotion_awesome
So there you have it.
Edit: Now that I've thought on it a little more, I would actually have to scrap all of that and go for James River. Yeah. James 100%.
