Now that Xenosa was getting older, Daesat was allowing her more freedoms. This included how she spent most of her own days off and receiving assignments through a system developed so that the two weren`t linked. It was preparation for when Xenosa would be living on her own after her apprenticeship was finished. Namely, this meant when she would finally be recognized as an expert and would be able to leave from under Daesats wing. This would hopefully be soon, because Xenosa was just dying for a chance to be her own woman and do as she pleased.
Hood up, cloak wrapped around her, Xenosa moved through the crowd with fluidity. She raised her eyes to cast a glance around and spotted Daesat heading her way. They passed each other without looking, and anyone who had been watching would have been unable to determine an exchange had happened between them. Indeed, Xenosa had extended her hand out to grab the papers in Dae`s hands and then had continued on her way. Only when shed been out of the flow of traffic did she step into an alleyway and continue down the dark corridor until she was obscured from the street view by anyone passing by.
Unwrapping the papers, Xenosa read through the information. She was to follow an Oblivionite, one that held similarities with the monster that had popped up some months ago. The common link was their connected limbs, someone was obviously concerned that the Oblivionites were cooking up some sort of experiment and letting it run loose. To add to the fact, rumors were circulating that the Oblivionite was courting a Dovaa female. Xenosa rolled her eyes, disgusting and unacceptable. Races should be kept pure and not be consorting without other races. Someone had drawn a very rough and fast sketch of her target and Xenosa set out for the last location someone had seen the Oblivionite.
The Dovaa female wasn`t her priority, so out to Soudul she went and asked around as best she could without raising suspicion. When she did find out where he`d gone, she sighed heavily. The forest of Soudul wasn’t her favorite place to go, and while it would provide the perfect coverage, if he did catch her then it was doomed to end in a fight. She would be unable to win if it came to close combat. However, she had gotten stronger these past few days, so maybe it wouldn’t be a terribly bad fight for her.
It took a while to find the Oblivionite, but when she did find him it was too late to hide. Blades in hand she probably looked like she was about to assassinate him. Well, there was no way around it. This was going to be a fight. Hunching a bit, Xenosa gripped her knives harder and stared down the Oblivionite.

Being back at Soudul, it wasn't as pleasant as he thought it would be after traveling around for an extensive amount of time. Most of his time was, however, spent with Esmeralda. He enjoyed it immensely being with her as it made his heart swelled whenever he thinks of her, but now they have to part their ways for now. They live in two completely different lives and worlds after all. She has her family to be with who must be concerned about her while he's . . . well, by himself. Well he has Vilzun who is trotting by his side as they walked into the dark forests in looking for some herbs for a spell; some blood thistle which he heard it's rare to find. But he has nothing else to do and needed to find something to spend his time with.
Walking around in the forest though, it brought back some lovely memories for it was here where he met her. He scared the poor girl out of a tree and caught her in his arms. The mage chuckled as he looked up at one of the tall trees looming above him at the sweet memory of it. Vilzun was lost on the matter for his bonded seemed to be very lost in his head. A low growl was heard from him as he bumped his nose against his leg. It frightened him a moment because he thought that he will feel a sudden chomp of his teeth right at the very spot."Sorry sorry! We be lookin' around den for de herb." Eku reassured him as he petted his head before continuing their search.
The moment he walked around a tree, the mage realized that they weren't alone in the forest now. Standing up ahead of him was a woman who he never met before in his life and has a knife poised in her hand as her entire body language looked as though she is about to attack him at any second. His hollowed eyes were focused on her as he took in her appearance. She has no horns so she's not a Dovaa, clearly not an Oblivionite seeing how her eyes stared down to him, it only means that she is an Orderite . . . a stupid one to show up here.
A smirk stretched his stitched lips as he walked a little away from her as he held his scepter tightly in his hand. Vilzun stalked behind Eku as he was staring at her down; he didn't like this person at all who is giving a bad look to the mage. "Ya must be a little far away from home, Orderi." He said with a playful smile on his face. "What ya be doin' here in a place not ya home at all?" He can give a very, very good guess that she must be after him.
She’d heard the rumors, straight from Daesat too. The monster that had attacked everyone had stitches just like this one, this one seemed a little more put together however since all she saw was Oblivionite. Perhaps that was why this one seemed to pass off well? Well, maybe not so well since someone obviously wanted him spied on and then perhaps dead; however, that stuff was none of her business, she was simply a spy. One who got caught and would probably have to fight out of this one. This was exactly what Daesat tried to ward her against and now she was caught in the middle of it.
Xenosa stared the Oblivionite down and then she was grabbing her largest knife in a flash and throwing it towards him. “Never too far when money is involved.” She didn’t exactly say target because that would have been a dead giveaway, and one never spoke about their clients. Big no no. Hopefully she didn’t have to get in close to kill him, what had his folder said about him? Was he a battler or mage? She couldn’t remember, but considering he didn’t have any weapons on him she imagined a mage.

Money . . . Eku couldn't believe that there's some sort of bounty on his head. He didn't do anything wrong! Or knew of anything that he did. While he hated the Orderites, he never messed with them at all. Well, except for that one time he was on a mission to get an herb from their land. His mind was too focused on it that he failed to realize that she had grabbed one of her knives and tossed it at him. His hollowed eyes widen as he quickly cast a dark magic spell to her, but he missed his mark completely for he has to defend from that flying knife towards him.
He quickly cut the palm of his hand with the sharp edge of his scepter and the blood ruptured up. It flowed freely in the air and it swirled around to form a thick shield to block that knife. His defense, though, was weak as it was cast very last minute to let his blood solidify into a strong defensive shield and the large knife pierced through his shield and pierced to his chest. "Gah!" It hurt, but not as much that'll make him stop for he is use to the pain because of his damn body. He grabbed it and pulled it out of his chest and tossed it far away as the blood solidify the bleeding. "Ya . . . ya little b***h . . ." He was deadly pissed off now after that attack as it seemed a dark aura surrounds him now; plotting on what to do next.
Vilzun, however, was pissed off at what was happening and wanted to jump in, but he was secretly charging inside of his body as he waits.

The Orderite ignores him entirely, she sees the blood magic and she moves out of his way, his offensive spell missing her. Her hand his quick to search for another dagger, however she fumbles and instead grabs a much smaller dagger she sends his way. She knows this will barely damage him if it hits.

He was struck by a smaller dagger of hers against his arm, but he showed no pain at all in his expression. Pain was nothing to him which is what he hated the most about himself in the middle of the battle. Eku merely plucked it out of his arm and the blood has bloomed up as it looked like a tree was growing before her very eyes. Drops was seen and the tree gave fruit to skulls that are floating in air as he cackled evilly. It was truly a frightful sight, but the mage was in such tremendous power due to the blood moon he almost looked completely mad in the Orderite's eyes.
Vilzun took the time now as she was distracted and opened his mouth to release the energy that he has saved up to release an electric ball directly on to the Orderite. "Swarm . . ." The blood skulls flew towards her and their sharp slashed at her at all sides to utterly destroy her for ever just approaching him in the first place.

What the hell was this? Xenosa stared in horror at what was happening in front of her, there was no time to react, no time to even throw another dagger at him, no time to run. The slashing was painful, more painful than anything she’d ever felt. As much as she tried to fight and defend herself it wasn’t enough, the Orderite lost consciousness and knew no more.

His hollowed eyes stared at the woman before him as she was overcome by his blood magic. It was probably the first time she has seen something like that in her life and it won't be the last time if she dares to go after him again. But seeing this Orderite after him, it made Eku realize that he should lay low now if others might be after him . . .
