The Shinsei Clan was a clan that existed around the time of the Sage of Six Paths. Since the only 3 members of the clan were brothers who died seemingly childless, the clan did not thrive, and the clan was supposedly extinct after the founding of the Senju and Uchiha Clans. However, one man, an unknown descendant of the youngest brother founded a small, secretive branch of the Clan that went into hiding. To keep the bloodline pure, they interbred,a nd this led to the clan becoming weaker than it used to be. Eventually, the Clan became too weak to hold itself together, and many members died. Only one survivor has been confirmed. That survivor was named Ezreal. (The original Shinsei clan could not use divine release.) One day Ezreal, the last surviving member of the Shinsei clan, was traveling through the land of volcanoes, when he was struck by a lightning bolt seemingly from nowhere. When he awoke, he found a strange feeling inside his body. A voice seemed to speak to him, and he thought he was going mad. In desperation, to get the voice away, he accidently released all his chakra, and they formed two giant wings. Suddenly the voice disappeared, and a great shockwave occurred as the wings exploded into dust. After recovering from the shock, he travelled on, and eventually married and settled in Konohagakure. To this day, he still wonders what the heck the voice was going on about.

Advantages: Powerful healers, +25 CP, + 20 HP
Disadvantages: They are pacifists, and are forbidden to use their powers for evil. All the jutsu is also ineffective against lightning or wind jutsu.

Shinsei: Hōrī bakuhatsu no tsubasa
This jutsu causes the wings that the user has previously activated to explode, and send out a shockwave 10m in each direction. This shockwave can be stopped by earth and other physical matter, but not by jutsus (except of course, ones like the deva path's shinrei tensei)

Shinsei : Itami no tsubasa
The user takes all of the target's injuries upon themselves, and thus this means that the user becomes inflicted with the injuries the target had, and the target becomes completely healed. This is only a temporary fix, as after 3 posts the jutsu expires and the target is once again inflicted with the injuries, and the user keeps the same injuries they had received.

Shinsei : Tengoku no hyōgi-kai
When activated, a blue bright energy light envelops the area and inflicts heavy damage on whoever the users perceive from their heart as an enemy, leaving friends and bystanders completely unharmed. The choice between friend or foe is decided by the user's heart, and them can not lie to this technique. It is considered a very powerful jutsu.

Because of such power, this technique is classified as S-Rank due to its complexity, the amount of chakra needed for the technique to be well executed and also the need for the users to be pure and have kindness in their hearts to be able to making the technique does not cause unnecessary damage. It is also necessary that the users has quite clearly in their minds and in their hearts who they considers a friend and enemy.


Shinsei : Kyōkoku saishū unmei
This S-Rank technique is extremely complicated to be used due to its complexity, the large consumption of chakra it needs to be properly executed and the vital necessity that victim and user are stopped. Once these requirements are met, the user must put three of its fingers on the victim's forehead and the other two fingers on its cheeks, releasing its chakra and redirecting it to its fingertips, the user will start the judgment phase, where it will be analyzed if the victim possessed any regret for its actions. If the victim truly express regret or guilt for what it did, it will be released of the technique. Otherwise will begin the punishment phase, where the victim feels pain all over her body as punishment. Then it will be up to the user to decide what the final penalty of the victim: or it will receive a cursed seal in the back that will inhibit any attempt to use techniques or the user will drain all the chakra of the victim, causing its death. NOTE: This jutsu can be interrupted at any time by attacking the user.

Shinsei: Iyashino tsubasa
This powerful jutsu causes the users chakra to form wings, which envelop their body and heal all injuries after 2 posts. (All injuries includes, but is not limited to: amputations, cuts, bruises, burns. Despite healing amputations, it does not grow back limbs. It simply reattaches them. Except for if the amputation involves vital organs, that would kill you if you did not reattach, e.g, all of your body from armpits down ripped off, head ripped off.)

Shinsei: Hogo no tsubasa
This jutsu causes the users chakra to condense and form wings, which surround the body and any nearby people/objects and protect them from damage. Can only be activated for 3 posts, then has a cooldown of 4 posts.

Shinsei : Seisei dōmu
With this technique the user can invoke a dome of energy that will protect it from any attack of the enemy. The dome of energy will remain raised for at maximum 3 posts. While activated, the dome will prevent anyone who the user classifies as "impure" to penetrate it, so it will repel any attack that the same may run against it and if there is direct contact with the dome and the enemy, it will have part of its chakra sucked into the dome.

Shinsei : Gōka
Thhis genjutsu causes the victim to think they are burning from the inside. They cannot see their own flames, but can feel them on the inside of their body. They may try to put them out, and cannot move for a post.

Shinsei : Fujun kugyō
This technique can be used as supplement or offensively against the opponent. Being the jutsu supplementary, the user can conjure the circle around any part of its body for it inhibit any kind of queasy feeling. It may, for example, serve as an anaesthetic in a wound on the arm. The technique does not heal the wound as the Mystical Palm Technique, but it makes the pain caused by the injury is annulled.

To use this technique in an offensive manner, the user makes the circle appear in the body of its opponent and then allows the circle to release all the impurities that it has collected in the times in which it was invoked in supplementary nature. Thus, the jutsu's victim will suffer an attack of consecutive pain in the affected area, which can cause fainting due to pain or convulsions.

Shinsei : Ten'nosabaki
This jutsu calls down a clear lightning bolt from the sky, and strikes the ground, causing burns to any person directly hit by this jutsu

Shinsei : Kami no sosei
This technique allows when the purification chakra is concentrated in the palm of the user's hand, a certain amount of energy is released by the palms. By channeling the energy around the hand(s), the user can direct and throw it against its opponent as a blaster that hit the victim hard enough. When contacting the victim, the energy will try to purify its emotions to make its thoughts become clearer.

This technique can be used during a battle because the intensity it reaches the victim, but is most commonly used when, for example, someone is mentally unbalanced or aggressive.


Shinsei : Dai roku orijin kaihō
Using this technique the user can analyze more closely the Chakra Pathway System of its target and thus using the Mystical Palm Technique, can heal the patient with more success. Likewise, this particular technique may be used to increase the amount of chakra within the target. Concentrating the chakra in the palm of the hand, the user can store its own chakra in the body of the target to serve as a reserve. The user loses this chakra forever, as it is absorbed into the target's own chakra to replenish it.

Shinsei : Ten no ikari
The user's body becomes covered in purple flames, and the user has slightly faster reflexes, and each attack hits slightly harder.

Shinsei : Suiberu rengoku
This technique allows a large energy field be created from the purification chakra. When the opponent's attack hit the energy field, it starts a rotary process extremely intense. The constant high speed will begin to damage or decrease the potency of the attack (if the attack is not caused by a solid substance). The energy field will only be undone when the opponent's attack be diluted or broken.

Shinsei : Gōruden'ai [passive]
This technique allows the user to observe the state of health of the person she is looking. Once activated the technique, she has the ability to scan her target's Chakra, the Chakra Pathway System, the Tenketsu and also if that has any disease or infection in the same manner that she can identify the precise location where the disease occurs.

Shinsei : Kakeru
The user's chakra condenses into feathery wings on the user's back. These wings can be used to fly up to the height of 10m. They can only fly short distances, and these wings are required to cast most of the other jutsus in Divine release.

Shinsei : Naoru
The user's hand becomes covered in chakra, this can be used to heal cuts and bruises (nothing more than this)

Shinsei : Kyozetsu suru
The user pumps their chakra out of their hand, allowing the chakra to flow into someone's blood stream and isolate separate blood cells. This technique can be sued to surround venom in a victim's body, or to quarantine infected cells. Despite this being an auto-hit, it cannot harm anyone, and therefore is not OP. Just clarifying.
