Headband: Mikan doesn't like representing himself as a Genin Ninja in Konoha even after becoming a Genin, even though he was loved by many people in the village. He would have rather been born in Amegakure, and been promoted to Genin there. He has great respect for his father, and won't stand for any disrespect towards his clan or family.
Headband Location: He mainly keeps his headband in his pocket.
Personality: Mikan is usually late to meetings and events. He usually forgets about them, or does something beforehand. He likes to do favors for the people around him because he loved his people in Konoha more than anything else. The only thing he puts before the village was his friends and family. Mikan Jokes around, but understands the people around him. When someone or something very dear to him is in danger, he gets serious.
Mikan was very brave and overconfident when it comes to fighting. He loves it when he wins a fight where his opponent was acting even more overconfident as he was. One thing he loves more than all of that was to complete the important tasks he is asked without any problem. Mikan likes to talk to female ninjas a lot. If he fails to get one, he knows there's always plenty of fish in the sea. Knowing this, he also gives other people advice on dating.

Background Information
Mikan is a ninja with Orange hair, born into the Senkō Clan on November 1st. He is an extremely fast ninja, who seems to outclass anyone at his Rank in speed. Hailing from the Senkō Clan, he has learned how to use Katana, and incorporate his Raiton into his weapons to increase their deadliness at an early age. Mikan was always had his own Moxie since he was young. When Mikan was a baby, he wanted to stand up and walk very early. He kept on doing it until he finally got the hang of it and was walking before anyone else his age. He was proud to be walking and showing this off to children around his age. Mikan was told this and wasn't surprised that he had this behavior as a child. That just pushed him to do even more and become stronger.
Mikan's main dream was to become Hokage and to bring peace to the Ninja world. When he was a mere child, his parents would often go away to some mission to fight. His parents would never tell them that they were really going out to war until his father came home wounded. Mikan asked his father, "Father... what's wrong?" and then his father was forced to tell the truth about his missions. From that day on, Mikan absolutely despised fighting until he was told that there was always a reason to fight, even if you're a good person. From that day on, Mikan told himself, "I will become Hokage, and never give up until peace is restored to the Ninja world!"
Having this dream, Mikan didn't stop trying his hardest until he would graduate. Mikan had a good mindset, and was overall a great person. With his personal slogan, "I will never give up!" he would follow that until he succeeded in whatever it is he does. Mikan's father ended up dying in a war trying to protect his mother. His mother, enraged tried to seek vengeance, but also died as a result. Mikan was the only survivor, but seeing his parents dying enraged him. Mikan ended up getting very close to his Village, and acquiring lots of friends. Mikan was relieved, but there was a hole in his heart that he could never fill...
His father was known to be very fast, and his mother was known to be very skilled in Raiton. With their combined talents inside of Mikan, Mikan would inherit his father's bloodline limit, Hayatōn. Mikan was already fast since his father was naturally quick, but with his added ability, he would become one of the fastest in the leaf. They even gave Mikan his own Nickname, "Mikan, The Orange Flash" before he graduated. Known to all in the Leaf, Mikan would be one of Konoha's Prodigies.
