Red Star:
Young Red Star was once a frail soldier, before subjecting himself to a number of super-soldier experiments. The Russian scientists successfully created a perfect super-powered hero - but at a price. Red Star's radioactive powers accidently caused the destruction of his own city. Now estranged from his own people, Red Star lived in seclusion where his energy discharges could not harm anyone.

Kole:
Gifted with the ability to turn her flesh into crystal, the young girl known as Kole found refuge beneath the Arctic Circle. There, she discovered an exotic Underworld and befriended a gentle caveman known as Gnarrk.
When the Titans discovered this strange land during a battle with Dr. Light, the teen heroes became fast friends. Dr. Light attempted to use Kole's crystal form as a lens to increase his light-based powers exponentially. But the teen heroes banded together and it was "lights out" for Dr. Light once again.
After this adventure, Robin made both Kole and Gnarrk honorary Titans.

Kid Flash:
Catching criminals with the speed of light, Super-hero speedster Kid Flash is quite literally the fastest boy alive! When the Hive Five's latest crime spree was halted by the teen tornado, the Hive kids wanted to trip up this new hero in town.
In an effort to score points with the Brotherhood of Evil, Jinx and her teammates actually managed to cage Kid Flash. But when a guy can vibrate his molecules through solid objects, he's hard to keep a hold of! By the time Madame Rouge arrived, Kid Flash was off and running.
But just when Rouge had Kid Flash on the ropes, Jinx realized that her idolization of Madame Rogue was misplaced. Using her bad luck powers, she freed Kid Flash. At that moment, Kid Flash made Jinx realize that having bad luck powers doesn't necessarily mean you have to be bad. Kid Flash and Jinx later aided the Teen Titans in their final battle with the Brotherhood of Evil.

The Teen Titans found themselves on a race around the world against the Brotherhood of Evil, who were trying to eliminate teen superheroes for their own sinister purposes. Along the way, the Titans rallied a collection of new allies to their cause!
Among the flower-covered mountains of Tibet, Beast Boy located Jericho - the gentle mute hero who can possess others through eye contact.
When Robin was abducted by the Brotherhood, it was up to Beast Boy to save his captured teammates. Gathering new allies Jericho, Herald, Pantha and Mas, Beast Boy successfully led an assault team to liberate the Titans and defeat the Brotherhood once and for all.

In New Zealand, Starfire recruited Argent, a silver-skinned British heroine who hurls plasma energy.

In the wrestling rings of Mexico, Cyborg located Pantha - the feral feline with a hair-trigger temper. The proud Pantha is known to leave her claw-like impression on the faces of her foes... "The Mark of Pantha"!

Red Star: He was pretty cool, but kind of... a dunno, he didn't strike my fancy right away.
Kole was so cute and loyal, she was cool, I really liked her ^^
Kid Flash was cute and cheeky. He's pretty cool, I like him ^^
Jerchio: I didn't pay attention to him well enough to know what to say about him. sweatdrop
Argent aswell, I really like her outfit though ^^
Pantha: Same thing, man, I didn't pay much attention to the new titans sweatdrop

I'm surprised that they've introduces some of these characters. Kid Flash and Red Star were good picks. Did they reveal that Jericho is really Slade/Deathstroke's son? ((Spoiler))
Kole was a Titan very briefly but died in COIE, so I'm surpirsed she popped up. Pantha just recently got done in so I'm also surprised she appeared.

Red Star: I thought he was kind of stubborn and kind of an idiot.
Kole: Pretty cool, it's cool how she could change into crystal, and such.
Kid Flash: I thought how he just ran circles around the Hive Five was pretty funny and his attitude was too.
Jericho: Cool how he can posses people, but he wasn't exactly ever in a main role.
Argent: Only got shown for a total of about one min. so can't really say much about her.
Pantha: She whoops butt bad, but she was a little headstrong and ovconfident.

That ended up being Panta's undoing recently. Wildebeest too. Red Star barely survived that fight.

Red Star: I thought he was really cool. Though I never read about him in the version of the comics I read. Still, never the less, I thought he was cool.
Kole: She was super awsome! Her personality and powers were really interesting. Never heard of turning flesh into crystal till I saw and heard about Kole.
Kid Flash: He was in the comics! But I was suprised when they put him in the show. He is so cool.

Jericho: He was my most FAVORITE character ever! I think he was really cool even though he never said anything. He was in the comics I read. That might be one reason why I like him.
Argent: She was really cool, I like her accent. Her personality is interesting and her suit is really really really cool.
Pantha: I thought she was funny. In the episode "Titans Together" she was really funny.

ive only seen about a half of the people you mentioned
sadly i missed a good amount of the brotherhood of evil episodes
Red Star: eh i dunno he was decent i just didnt like him that much
Kole: she was good i liked her and her powers light was also pretty good in the episode she was in
Kid Flash: i liked him he was pretty cool i didnt know he was a member of the titans though xp

Red Star:I like the animated,the comic book one looks bright for me..
Kole:Kole looks nice with cute pink hair,so yeah I like the animated..
The Flash:He looks nice looking in the animated version..
Jericho:He looks someone I saw in my history book some where in the comic book version,yeah so what if I like the animated version..
Argent:She's cool a favorite of mine ^^ I like the animated because she has more detail and gothic looking.
Pantha:They look the same..
Somehow almost all or all the superheros whwere something tight and all.

They all were pretty interesting characters to me. I liked Kid Flash and Jericho the most. Kole is pretty cute in the animated version.
