Nope, hymens don't work that way, they don't "retreat". Most likely you poked your cervix (the entrance to your uterus). During sexual stimulation, the uterus does move up and back a little bit to make more room for a p***s but if you go too deep to fast, you will get poked, and it's not pleasant especially after you finish your period because it hardens until just before your period starts again.
Next time go slow. The cervix does not like being poked.
If you're really worried, go see a doctor, especially if there's lots of blood or later you get unusual smelly discharges and pain.
