In this once forgotten temple it held a strong culture filled with a strong religion, and society. What was once a beautiful scenery now lays in ruins filled with vines, and a large ominous feeling as you enter. The temple has long since been abandoned. Darkness is all that fills these halls. Now it shall become a grave for one person. Who shall be consumed within these walls of Darkness?
"I wonder who lived here before it became abandoned." Xaris thought. It was strange, she had accidently stumbled upon this place by mere chance while walking through the forest. She began to admire the old building. "So much detail was put into these columns. Who would just leave a place like this unchecked?" She gently brushed her fingers around the small designs of the columns. So much detail was inscribed into each of them. It really was a shame to find a place like this in its current condition. Then Xaris had begun to wonder what secrets this place could hold. An old building such as this should have something inside of it. Xaris then began to walk further inside till she had found a small corridor filled with open rooms, and just like the same out in the main entrance it was ruined and filled with mold.
Xaris continued to wander the temple in hopes of finding some sort of transcript or history of the temple but it didn't seem like one would be available. She however had not gone through all of the temple, and had yet to scratch the surface of it. This temple was large, having many rooms, and levels. She had only gone through the main level where the entrances of the temple were. It was now time for her to begin search on the next floor down. Before she would enter the stairway, a small noise came from the entrance of the temple. She looked over seeing nothing, and decided to investigate. Once she looked around near the entrance she noticed a small piece of rock had fallen from the roof of the temple. "This place sure is falling apart. This thing has to be at least a few hundred years old give or take. This structure isn't like any of our modern buildings." She said out loud. Xaris had always felt a fascination for history. It was something she enjoyed besides training. Most of the time she spent reading when she was younger, that or training. It was hard growing up without parents she had come to realize. No moral support, or an aid to understand how the world worked. She had to learn that on her own.
"A life I had to build on my own from a young age. Since I could remember my goal was to find my father's murderer. I have long since forgotten that goal. My new goal overcame the old one. To find that green haired sniper. The one responsible for killing my....instructor." She sighed not too long after her thought, but continued on thinking. "How I miss you. How could I forget you? You taught me everything I know, and more. It saddens me that you were taken away from me. How I yet to find one to fill the spot you had in my heart. So much anger I felt when I saw you die. It nearly got me killed, but...Diablos made me aware of that. Blind rage will not help me get my objectives complete. I also have come to learn that relying on others to defend you sometimes can lead to getting ones you care about hurt. Some things...Some things are better to do alone. I have to be stronger myself before I can rely on anyone else for help. I have to trust that I have the strength and knowledge to lead myself to my goals, my wants, and my needs." Finishing her thought she decided to take a seat on the staircase that lead up to the temple. She needed a small breather before continuing her little search inside the temple.
The temple in which Tae had found was ancient from the script writing on the walls to the moss covered floors. She'd been here hours before hearing another. When she went to inspect keeping to the shadows and herself hidden from view she spotted someone else entering the place. Tae kept to the shadows upon the arrival of the stranger. Her eyes watched as the figure moved from one place to another. How had they found this place and their purpose of being here? Well, she would soon find out.
When Xaris sat down to take a break it was among her thoughts when Tae finally stepped out from the shadow of a pillar to stare down at the woman. ”You always talk to yourself?” she remarked from the girls earlier musings. Her eyes narrowed slightly as she pulled the dark cloak closer to her body. The old temple was a bit cold. With the hood up only some of her light mint hair stuck out the rest of her remained cast in shadow as she waited to hear what the girl had to say.
Wariness kept her muscles ready though if you could actually see her face it held a bit a curiousness in it. The temple had been abandoned centuries ago from what she had speculated from her own inspection. Though whatever would have been useful here had deteriorated with age as it returned to the earth. The rare books she'd found crumbled away from her touch and the writings on the pillars and walls of some of the rooms were unfamiliar to her.
Surprised she was to see another being she was slightly grateful as well to have someone other than herself to talk to. She'd lost track of time on how long she'd been alone in her search.

Xaris immediately jumped when she heard Tae speak. It was mostly due to her not expecting anyone to be in there. Though quickly she regained her composure. She gave a slight smile to Tae then spoke back in a slightly teasing matter."Do you always appear out of nowhere? I didnt expect anyone else to be here." Xaris now stood up calmly and walked back inside the temple. The place kept her interested and she wanted to look around more. Looking back at Tae she spoke again. "So I take it that you were interested in this place as well? I planned on heading to the lower levels if you wanted to join me?" It was nice talking to someone for a change she normally didnt care to interact with others. Perhaps she was growing out of her shell with age.
While Xaris waited for Tae to answer she had removed her scythe from its back strap. It wasnt in a defensive manner she just wanted to look at her scythe. She then began to playfully mess around with it mostly cause she was just amusing herself. She loved her weapons. The gauntlets she wore felt like they were meant to be apart of her body. The handguns felt like they too were to be kept at her side. There was just one pair of weapons that didnt. Ellale's daggers. They were dangling in the equipment belt on her left side kept there by the slots that normally held knives and such. Xaris could feel their presence whether she wanted too or not. They didnt belong or felt natural. It was a constant reminder of what she lost. It caused her stop being playful and made her have a somewhat sad expression.
Xaris just stood there standing still. Her scythe's blade facing the ground and the way Xaris was holding it could of looked like she was ready to strike. However Xaris had realized what she was doing and went back to being playful with her scythe. Honestly it was childish but she always enjoyed her scythe. She felt there was a connection between her and it. Something she couldnt explain to someone nor to herself.
Tae's lip twitched upon the girls counter question. ”Sometimes..” came her serious reply. With a lift of her shoulder she watch as Xaris headed inside once more. Another shrug upon the question of the interest in the temple. She'd come here looking for answers but so far hadn't found any. Her eyes flickered back to Xaris as they had wandered about the cavern as the girl took her scythe from her back and began to play with it. Familiarity struck her as she gazed at the weapon before taking in everything else. ”I wouldn't go down there if I were you." Came her soft reply but she gave no reasons why though.
The gauntlets were oddly familiar as well as her gaze was drawn to the girls hands. Try as she might she couldn't get the sinking feeling nor rid a rage that was slowly building up in the pit of her stomach. Why this sudden feeling upon someone she didn't know? It wasn't until she spotted a pair of daggers when her heart sank. Were those...? ”You..." Did this girl know who she was?
Tae wasn't sure as the girl moved her weapon in a manor that might have looked hostile but she didn't feel any of it coming from the girl. Even as the emotions swam around the girls features and she went back to once being playful. ”You're the one who hurt my Kitten..." She was most certain of it. And if not? Well, perhaps she could get the girl to talk before she put her six feet under.
It was clear-least to Tae it was-that she was no longer friendly towards this person. Anger rose from the dark shadows within her as her hands went to her own blades. ”You'll pay for what you've done." Not only had she hurt Kitten but probably had a hand in other destruction of her homes as well.

Xaris was continuing onwards enjoying herself. She giggled to the reply Tae gave when she answered about appearing out of nowhere. Xaris looked around the place continuing to notice the designs that were inscribed into the wall. It was Tae's next comment that stopped Xaris. She said that she wouldn't go down there. Why was that? "Why? What's down there?" She didn't get an answer from her though which made Xaris a bit unsettled. What was so bad down there?
It was there after things began to feel weird for Xaris. Tae was acting strangely and her manor was changing. Was..... Was she getting angry at Xaris? It was then the next comment that made Xaris clench her scythe tightly. "Kitten?........Who...are you talking about?" Xaris was trying to recall anyone she had ever killed, or fought but nothing was coming to mind. This girl in front of her was angry at her and looked like she was ready to fight Xaris. Xaris was doing her best to recall her memories, and of course it had ended up on that faithful day. "Do you mean....." Yes she was beginning to remember that day very well. The woman in front of her may have not of said it, but Xaris did hear that blonde boy say Pretty Kitty to the sniper girl. It was there and then that her anger too was beginning to build up, and now that she looked at Tae she too now looked familiar. "You.....You were there that day." Xaris teeth were beginning to clench, and her eyes now flared and tears were beginning to form. Her knuckles becoming bare white while she clenched her scythe. Xaris never expected to encounter this girl, but now that she did her anger and despair was beginning to pour inside of her body.
"Hurt her.... She's lucky to have lived. I was so close to killing her, yet I didn't follow through for personal reasons, and you know what? I regret that decision. You see it is because of her that the one I loved was taken away from me, and you and that blonde boy were apart of that.......You..... YOU ALL KILLED THE MAN I LOVED!!!" Her hate now pouring out through her words at Tae. She was crying now, but her bitter anger, and hateful glare that she was giving to Tae showed that she wasn't going to break down. No she was prepared to kill. Her eyes now shimmering a bright red while she glared at Tae that it was becoming unnatural. Now that Xaris knew who Tae was she wasn't going to just stand there anymore. Huffing in anger she now charged at Tae preparing for a side sweep with her scythe.
Tae didn't have to wait long for Xaris to remember. Pulling back the hood to her cloak and untying it she allowed it to drop to the floor. ”Yes, I was there. ” Pure anger hand her rooted. It wasn't solely aimed at Xaris though. Half of it was at herself. All of you? Hardly... She couldn't entirely pick out who exactly Xaris was refering to when she mentioned lover but there were only a few males that involved the team Xaris was in. And then she could narrow it down to someone within the team. If it wasn't? Well she hadn't a clue who the girls lover was nor really cared at this point.
When Xaris made her move Tae had already reached her swords and blocked the horizontal strike that came from her left side with a downwards strike of her own using both of their momentum's to her own advantage. Being pushed back she pushed further down on the scythe before jumping up onto it then moved towards Xaris. Using the left blade she swung down at Xaris hoping to catch the girl off guard. She was met with a block from the gauntlet of Xaris right hand. Pushing away from Xaris with her feet she hoped to knock the girl off balance as Tae herself landed on her feet moving in for a quick attack. She was aiming to get rid of the long ranged weapon of Xaris. Once she accomplished that she could go in for the kill. ”If you'd have killed her I would have personally sent you to your lover..." Tae would have done everything in her power to kill Xaris if she'd taken Ellale that day. Nothing would have stood in her way not even death himself.

Xaris was bitterly angry, and all of her calmness had disappeared. The girl who had just been playful a minute ago was now enraged, and ready to kill. Once her scythe came in contact with Tae's sword she watched as the knockback took effect. However Tae used the knockback to her advantage leaping in the air and colliding with Xaris with one sword while she attempted to strike with the other, but Xaris wouldn't allow it. She lifted her right arm up blocking the attack with the gauntlet. Tae then jumped off of Xaris forcing Xaris to stumble, however Xaris used that momentum to roll and recover allowing Xaris to then turn and prepare for Tae's oncoming attack. Xaris immediately spun her scythe as Tae charged. Once Tae had made a lunge Xaris had thrown the scythe down against the ground forcing the momentum of the scythe to deflect Tae's swords. Once that happened Xaris immediately grabbed it right after it had deflected and prepared once more to strike Tae.
Xaris brought down her scythe vertically forcing Tae to block with both of her swords. Xaris was putting down as much force as possible. She wanted to bring Tae down to her knees, and watch her bleed. "Well if you plan on sending me to my lover, you'd better put up more of a fight, otherwise its going to be your Kitten that I send down with you." Xaris was now being spiteful to Tae. She wasn't going to let up on her anger as it would seem. At least not at the moment she wouldn't Nothing was going to stop her from completing her objectives, not Galbadia, not her teammates, and certainly not this woman in front of her. She will do anything and everything to see through that those who had done her wrong would die.

Tae grunted as she blocked the downward strike from the scythe. Her red eyes burned with hatred at Xaris words. She would never let her touch her Ellale, ever, again. No, if she had to she'd make this temple a tomb...for the both of them. Clenching her jaw she twisted to the side slipping her blades free and allowing the scythe to slam into the ground next to her. Quickly she dashed towards Xaris with a series of downward strikes with both of her blades she hoped she could get close enough to dislodge Xaris from her weapon. ”I figured...” between strikes that were being blocked by the gauntlets she spoke. "You'd be... happy to ... join your... lover... if only... in death... She spun kicking Xaris mid section.
Tae took in slow deep breath's as she stared Xaris down with hate filled eyes for a split moment in time before she began her onslaught of attacks. If she stopped now she would be turning the tables and give the upper hand to Xaris. She'd nearly killed Ellale and planned to finish the job. This girl only did it because they'd killed her lover while on a job. If Tae could take a step back from it all she'd might have laughed at it all and called it out on how ridiculous it was. Though, Ellale had become too precious to Tae to allow any kind of threat towards her to live. She was worth more to Tae than her own memories and life. Though, it wouldn't make for a good ending if Tae allowed herself to die. Two girls locked in a battle to the death each fighting for their lovers.
”It would be easier for you in the end if you just gave it all up." Tae half snarled at Xaris as she brought her blade in a sweep motion across the girls mid-section. It might not have been fair of Tae to say something like that but at the moment she didn't care.

It was unexpected for Xaris to have the sudden weight drop to the ground, and Tae's attack forced Xaris to let go of her scythe. It was blow after blow, and Tae was not letting up on her onslaught of attacks. Xaris was just glad she was able to block each attack. It was during each attack when Tae spoke that had angered Xaris even more. However Xaris wasn't prepared for Tae to spin kick at her mid section forcing Xaris back, and it wasn't even a split second after that Tae was going at it with the attacks again. Once Tae tried doing the mid attack once more Xaris was prepared for it. She jumped over the sword doing a half cartwheel while bringing her foot across Tae's face. That kick forced Tae back a bit and Xaris had somewhat miscalculated the recovery spot as she attempted to give Tae an uppercut with the gauntlet's but only managing to graze her.
Once Xaris landed back down she quickly jumped back, keeping some distance from Tae so she could then do this. "Haste!" The magic clock formed above Xaris's head and spun quickly increasing her speed. Tae had already finished recovering from the kick Xaris had landed on her, but now she would encounter a faster Xaris. Once Tae heard Xaris cast the spell, it seemed that Tae didn't want to get close to Xaris. Now it was Xaris's turn to take the offensive. She charged quickly at Tae, and began to strike back with her gauntlets. Tae managed to keep her distance away from Xaris by dodging and avoiding the strikes of the gauntlets. While striking xaris spoke back in reply to Tae's earlier comment. "There's no way that I'm going to give up. Not while the one who killed the one I love breathes. Don't worry though..." Xaris then used all her force with her legs and leaped right at Tae hoping for a sort of dive punch with the gauntlets. "Your precious Kitten will be joining you in death!"

Tae's head rung from the kick that was sent to the side of her head. It caused her to stumble back getting grazed from the follow up hit from the gauntlets. She was lucky that the strike aimed was miscalculated because that could have been a deadly hit. Blinking back the tears that sprung automatically her eyes attempted to focus on her opponent. No... she muttered in her head darkly upon hearing the word. She would have normally lunged for the girl but there wasn't any time. Dodging to the side she just narrowly escaped the hit that was aimed for her chest and continued to move back using the environment as her shield. Who could say what those gauntlets would do if it's aim hit true. The fight would probably be very much over. With luck seemingly on her side she managed to keep enough distance to avoid being hit although stragicly she moved away from the girls scythe.
"Tch..." She spit out. ”You'll find I won't lie down so easily!" she huffed keeping her breathing steady so she could move about easy. It wasn't entirely easy to talk and fight at the same time both using up the oxygen in her lungs. As she spoke she moved to her right bringing up both of her blades and crossing them before striking down at Xaris in attempt to counter the girls attack. Whether that was a smart move on Tae's part or not but it was the only thing that came to mind quickly that seemed like her best option.

Xaris cursed when Tae had barely managed to dodge her punch. Xaris rolled from her dive and turned quickly back to Tae. "Even with the haste, she is barely able to dodge my attacks. Perhaps its time I start switching tactics." Xaris thought to herself. Tae was indeed skilled enough to avoid Xaris even with haste on. It was then that Tae had charged at Xaris attempting to strike Xaris, but Xaris was prepared enough with the help of her haste. Once Tae had brought down the swords Xaris braced her legs, and with the right timing Xaris had grabbed the blades with her gauntlets. The blades coming into contact with the gauntlets created a loud sound from the strike of metal against each other, and not only that the shockwave that came from it stung Xaris's hands immensely. However Xaris didn't loose her grip. The force that Tae was putting forced Xaris down on one knee. "She's strong too. It doesn't matter though.... Nothing will stop me from completing my objectives, not as long as those who have done me wrong live. I won't die till then."
Xaris then began to push back against Tae's swords. She barely managed to get back up on both of her feet, but now that she did she was ready to counter Tae. Xaris began to move the blades away from her waist and outwards more doing her best to keep the grip on the swords. Once the swords were out of harms way Xaris then pulled back while quickly having her foot lift up against Tae's stomach, in attempt to either have Tae let go of her swords, or have Tae be thrown back with them. As suspected Tae didn't let go of her swords and was thrown back with them. Once Xaris had forced Tae down and away from her, she immediately got back up to her feet, and looked around the room for her scythe. It was far away from her. The fight must of pushed distance between them. Xaris quickly took a dash towards it in attempt to recover her weapon. With haste on her side she was capable of making it to her scythe, ripping it out of the ground. She immediately turned around her in attempt to hit Tae, but Tae was right on top of her about to strike again. Xaris had no choice but to block Tae's attack.
Barely able to brace herself as Tae nearly struck her down Xaris leaned back a bit trying not to loose balance. Once she caught herself she was able to brace herself holding Tae back. "With her right on top of me I won't be able to strike with my scythe. I need her to get back." Xaris then began to push back against Tae, until she managed to give off a good shove against Tae forcing her blades off of the scythe. Xaris then attempted to strike Tae horizontally, but Tae was able to dodge back and get away from Xaris. Now leaving a gap between them Xaris took a few more steps back getting some more distance between them. It was then Xaris was giving off a small grin. She was starting to giggle and snicker. She was actually starting to enjoy herself in this fight. Her sadistic self was beginning to take hold of herself. Thoughts of seeing Tae bleed, and die along with Ellale began to fill her head. "Hehehehe......I'll enjoy watching your blood cover this room." Xaris then hooked her scythe onto the strap on her back, and unclipped the straps that were securing the handguns. She slowly pulled them out aiming at Tae with a look that could be described as bloodthirsty. She didn't fire, but she was waiting for Tae to make a move before she pulled the trigger.

Tae blinked surprise splashed across her face as the girl didn’t block her swords but grabbed onto them. She quickly schooled her features as she took notice of what Xaris was doing a split second too late. It would have been thought that Tae had the upper hand when she brought Xaris to her knee but the girl managed to push Tae back and surprised her even more by what she did next. It wouldn’t have mattered whether or not if Tae knew what the girl was going to do she wouldn’t have easily gotten her blades out of Xaris’s grip. There was a feeling of being lifted off her feet and a sensation of free falling for a split second before she landed on her back the air rushed out of her lungs as she gasped trying to gather air back into her lungs.
Her eyes snapped over to Xaris though the girl was already on her feet and looking about. Crap. No.She knew exactly where the girl would be heading. Rolling over and back on her feet she took off after Xaris as she rushed over to pick up her scythe. There was no way in hell she was going to allow the other girl the advantage of her long range weapon. With her swords still in her hands she swung them to end Xaris while her back was to Tae. Though, Xaris managed to swing her scythe to block Tae’s attack. “Tch..”
She wasn’t going to give up the upper hand to Xaris if she had anything to say about it. Her feet then began to skid across the dust covered earth of the temple. Tae’s jaw tightened at the thought before being pushed back enough for Xaris to strike. Thinking quickly on her toes she moved to dodge from the attack narrowly escaping the hit. It sent gooseflesh across her arms and down her spine. She was determined not to lose this fight with this girl. Gripping her blades she stared with narrow eyes at Xaris. Though, as she watched Xaris put more space between them she took in slow breaths to calm her breathing. It took a lot of effort to reach Xaris before she got to her Xaris and even then she still didn’t make it. It was when the giggling and snickering began that Tae raised her brow at the girl. Was she mad? Perhaps a crazy lunatic. Her ears rang at the words Xaris spoke. Enjoy watching her blood? ”What the ********… “ Tae was clearly grossed out with the image and the look the girl was giving her. ”I don’t think so whack job.”
Tae was prepared to take a step forward until the handguns were taken from the safe spot on Xaris. She froze for a moment her heart up in her throat hammering there for attention. As she stood there frozen in time for a moment she wondered why the girl hadn’t pulled the trigger. Was she waiting for Tae to move before she sprayed the place with bullets? Perspiration broke out on Tae’s face. It was game over for Tae. Unless… protect worked on bullets too she was done for. Quickly her eyes shot towards the nearest pillar judging the distance from where she stood. If she tried she might make it there in time to take cover. But what if the bullets weren’t just your average ammo? That pillar wasn’t going to protect her.
Her hands began to shake slightly before giving it all she had. ”Protect!” she blurted as she took off to the pillar praying that she had enough time to make it the few feet of distance that separated them. If she made it to the pillar that rested to her left she could try and make it to the stairs that lead up them, though she had to think of the haste that was still currently on Xaris. Even if she did make it to the pillar for cover there would be no cover as she ran up the stairs. Xaris would no doubt chase after her and shot her down as she ran up them.

Xaris kept the wide grin on her face as she stared at Tae waiting. She could see that Tae had froze in place. Likely she wondered if Xaris was about to fire or not, but Xaris didn't she was just enjoying the moment, and the expression Tae was making. It wasn't till Tae shouted protect and attempted to run to the pillar next to her. With a simple flex of her finger she fire both of her guns at Tae. She fired two shots in each gun, but she wasn't actually trying to hit Tae. Xaris wanted to make Tae feel like her life would be taken at any second, and to Xaris this was enjoyment. Tae made it safely to the pilliar, taking cover and hiding from any more fire from Xaris. "Hehehehehe hiding won't save you forever." Xaris then quickly ran back taking cover behind pillars, and using the darkness as cover. Xaris was now out of site, and small giggling could be heard around Tae.
Xaris wasn't staying in one area. She was circling Tae using her haste to quickly move from pillar to pillar. "I love this feeling. The thoughts of watching someone bleed to death, and specifically you just brings me so much joy..... Can you feel it? The feeling of life and death as we cross blades. The adrenaline that comes from fighting for your life. The satisfaction of knowing that you came out the victor. Something you should be able to relate too. It may not bring you the enjoyment as it does for me, but the feeling is in everyone. Human nature is what it is." Xaris remained on the move while she was talking, and circling Tae. Whether Tae knew where Xaris was or not didn't matter. Xaris was simply just having fun. It however wouldn't be long after that Xaris stopped moving and stayed in one area readying her guns to be fired down at Tae. "I'm just dying to see on what you'll do next. Make this amusing for me cause I haven't had to enjoy myself in a long while."
Xaris then turned from cover and unloaded all of her bullets in her left gun at Tae. Whether Tae was prepared or not Xaris was now charging at her preparing to fire the remaining four bullets in her right gun. "Blood shall fill these halls, whether they be yours or mine it will be decided today." Those thoughts filled Xaris's head as she charged. Who's anger, love, passion, and will is stronger? Both women fight for those they love or once loved. A rivalry of pain and suffering both have endured. Unique in many ways, and greatly differ on how they both suffered. If they were both on the same side they likely would of understood each other's pain. Both know, but the bitterness and hate that comes with that pain is shown in this fight. Despite Xaris's sadistic side she continues to feel the hate she bares for Ellale, and Tae. She would not rest until all who have hurt her were dead.

A shiver tore through Tae upon hearing Xaris. Of course she couldn’t hide forever but she would lay in wait till she could come up with something. Giving a sour face she peered around the corner of the pillar. She should have known the girl was only taunting her, prolonging what was to come next. It didn’t entirely surprise her when she didn’t see Xaris standing in the area where she’d left her. Ducking back behind she had to think quickly.
Her head turned trying to pin point where the voice was coming from but where she thought Xaris was one moment changed the next. It didn’t take her long to decide that she was taunting her even more and circling around her like a predator to a prey. Though, Tae wasn’t going to allow herself to be Xaris prey. Narrowing her eyes she waited for any sign of the girl stopping. ’Dying, huh? Allow me to be the one to kill you and end your suffering.’ She thought darkly cause there was no way she was going to let herself become the victim to this crazy, unstable girl. ”Am-aaah-” Tae started to say but cut herself off from the bullets that flew her way. Two of them sparked the protection around her giving off a light. After that she quickly slid around to the other slid of the pillar using it as more of a shield and hoping she’d use up her ammo.
It seemed to take forever. The seconds ticking by as she listened for any sort of warning to let know Xaris was going to keep coming at her or stop to taunt her some more. She wasn’t expecting for the pillar she was leaned up against to make a crackling sound. As she turned to see what exactly was happening she spotted a figure coming through it. ”What the…” she said before raising her sword quickly and swiping at Xaris in hopes to caught her off guard. If she couldn’t and Xaris got off a few rounds at point blank like this Tae was finished. She didn’t think even with protect that it would protect her from such a close ranged blow. Her only chance of getting through this is catching the girl off guard and disarming her of her gun. She followed her right sword swipe with her left in a hopes to disarm the hand that still had the gun but she couldn’t really tell if her aim was true with all the debris from the pillar that rained down upon them nearly choking Tae.
