Main Event
Intercontinental Champion
Jimmy Monera (Heel) vs Draze (Face)
PostPosted: Wed Nov 06, 2013 2:11 pm

The lights in the whole arena go out, as the only form of light seen in the whole building are the Cellular Smart Phones of the Fans in Attendance. Then Pulsating Red and Gold Strobe Lights are seen all over the Stage and Set as the Opening Chords of Suicide Silence - You Only Live Once begin to play to the Pulsations. Then the Late Mitch Lucker's Voice can be Heard...

"Push your care, push your burdens aside.
Erase everything inside and leave just one thing on your mind."

"YOU ONLY LIVE ONCE SO JUST GO ******** NUTS!!!!!!!!!!"

"GO!!!"

Out From the back comes Draze wearing a brand new wardrobe to a massive pop from the crowd! He then then starts beating his chest and then pounding his head, ready for a fight!

Live! Life! Hard!

Live! Life! Hard!

"You Only Get One Shot So Shoot!"

Draze then Throws his arms out in the form of the Roaring Dragon causing many Pyrotechnics to go off all at one moment!

Draze then makes his way down the ramp in a confident stride.

"With every breath you take, you're dying.
With every step we take we're falling apart.
If we only had one chance we'd breathe,
So let's take this chance right now and scream."

Draze now runs down the ramp top speed before making it to the ring and jumping onto the ring apron, causing Fire to shoot from the ring posts!

"You only live one life, for a very short time.
So make every second divine.
Go!"

The Dragons Haze is now in the ring removing his excess clothes, awaiting the arrival of his opponent, The Intercontinental Champion himself!

The lights once again go off throughout the arena. This time, they stay off even longer than usual, allowing the heat from the crowd to build and build, until the bopos and jeers can practically be heard from outside. Finally, brilliant white lights begin to flash on and off in tune to the orchestral opening of Awake and Alive by Skillet. As the harder percussion picks up, a wall of white sparks showers down from above the entrance to the catwalk. It stops just in time for Jimmy Monera to step out into view, clad in his white jacket and tights, emblazoned with golden crucifixes on his back and both thighs. Also, the Intercontinental Championship, finally around his waist! He takes a knee, blatantly Tebowing, and holds that pose for a few seconds before motioning the cross over his chest and popping back up to his feet, holding his hands out invitingly to the audience.

"And his opponent, weighing in at 212 lbs, from Detroit Michigan, he is the WWF Intercontinental Champion, Jimmy "The Avatar" Monera!"

Jimmy continues down the ramp, flashing warm smiles to all the people in the front row who are taking pictures of him with phones that are way smarter than their owners. Finally, hitting the apron, he climbs up the steel steps, and enters the ring through the ropes. He climbs up on a nearby turnbuckle, and motions the cross again, soaking in the delicious hatred of all the Pantera fans in the audience. He tosses his jacket... And the title... to a stage-hand out on the steel floor, before jumping back down to the mat and producing a microphone.

"When they told me I'd be defending my title against Draze, my first reaction was relief at how easy of a match it was going to be. But my second reaction was a bit more troubling. What sin has Draze committed that deserves my attention? I mean sure, God threw Pantera at me for my own personal enjoyment, but aside from that, I've just been battling sinners. I was going into this match unsure and confused, but now that I've seen your entrance, I finally know why you're here. You, Draze, are guilty of breaking the Seventh commandment... Thou shalt not steal."

He pauses for a moment, as the fury from the audience crescendos to it's climax. Finally, when he can speak again, he continues.

"The opening... The pyrotechnics... The actual fire... The busy new outfit... Throwing your arms in the air like a mongoloid who's just watched a Jurassic Park movie... The last time I saw somebody oversell their image this badly, it was Crazy Wayne, so you may or mey not have stolen that from him. But that's not all. The opening, where the lights go out, interrupted strobe lights flashing in tune to an epic song... That looks familiar indeed. In fact, it looks like the opening that I've been using for almost two years now. So you're also stealing from me. The only difference is that you display the lyrics on screen, just in case your fans are too stupid to make them out on their own. Which, considering the amount of smart phones I'm seeing tonight, they just might be.

"But you know what? I'm not here to get revenge on you. I'm not that petty. I'm not here to condemn your sin, but to save you from it. By beating it out of you. So, as they say, it's about time for me to chew you up, spit you out, and complain to the chef that you were undercooked!"

With this being said, he tosses his microphone out of the ring, and grins expectantly as the bell rings.

Draze just looked bewildered at the words coming out of Jimmy's mouth. "Is he saying I'm a thief? That's gonna cost him!" he said to the ref as the bell rung. He then approached Jimmy, looking to start the match with the traditional Lock up. Jimmy might be smaller, but he has to at least respect Traditionalism!

Oh, Jimmy does respect traditionalism. In fact, he counts on it!

Jimmy accepts the lock-up, and almost immediately shifts all his weight to his left foot. He turns it sideways for balance, and attempts to bring his right knee up into Draze's left kidney!

OOF!!! That hurt a bit! But as Draze took the stiff kidney shot, he noticed that Jimmy's face was now in close proximity. In an act of point blank retaliation, Draze looks to fire an elbow straight into Jimmy's face!

Trying to use an elbow strike in the middle of a lock-up isn't as fruitful an idea as Draze might think... To the point where Jimmy isn't even sure what he's trying to do. Not wanting to dwell too long on one situation, he releases the lock-up, and quickly attempts to take his opponent off of his feet with an arm drag!
PostPosted: Thu Nov 07, 2013 5:30 am

Well maybe Draze should have gone with a headbutt or something else, because he was just Arm dragged up and over the prophet. He quickly gets back to his feet with help from the momentum of the expertly executed arm drag! Upon getting back to his feet, Draze quickly moves back in, trying to plan a boot into Jimmy's midsection before he can gain any real momentum!

After executing a successful arm drag, Jimmy wasn't just going to stand up and wait for his opponent to retaliate... He had already gotten back to his feet and backed up into the ropes by that point, intending to hit a baseball slide into Draze's back... But seeing Draze back on his feet, Jimmy goes for a clothesline instead, but before he can connect with it, he runs gut-first into Draze's foot! He clutches his stomach, taking a knee in the middle of the ring.

Draze now moves in towards the kneeling prophet, looking to throw a fist right into Jimmy's face! He's finally earned this shot at the IC title, and he' not gonna let it go to waste!

The punch connects with Jimmy's cheek with a thwack loud enough to echo through the arena. It turns his head, sending him face-first down to the mat. clutching his jaw, he tries to get back up to his hands and knees.

And as Jimmy gets to all fours, Draze is right in front of him. He goes to grab Jimmy in a front face lock, pick him to his feet and lift him for a Snap Suplex!

As Jimmy is rising to his feet, locked in a front face lock, he attempts to use his free right arm to dig three hard punches into Draze's left kidney... The same kidney he'd struck earlier!
PostPosted: Fri Nov 08, 2013 1:49 pm

Ow! Ow!! OW!!! This kidney shots hurt man! But Draze doesn't want to let go! He'll try swinging some clubs at the back of Jimmy, hoping to stun him ling enough to finish the suplex!

After the first two clubs connect, the third one actually knocks him out of the facelock and back down to the mat. On his hands and knees again, he decides to take advantage of this by placing his hands on the back of Draze's knees and attempting a traditional takedown move.
