Description/History
Many clans and bloodlines boast sensor skills. The Kagura clan however, boasts the greatest of all. Over generations of research and practice, they developed some of the most advanced sensory techniques ever known. In recent generations, many descendants of the Kagura boast innate skill in sensory jutsu, dwarfing all conventional sensors.
Benefits & Penalties
Sensory Talent: All members of the Kagura clan have tremendous talent in using Sensor jutsu, and the jutsu are far more effective when used by a Kagura clan member.

Description: The first jutsu learned by a Kagura sensor, and the basis of their skills. Using this technique, the Kagura spreads a layer of their chakra over a wide range around them, and, by closing their eyes to focus, is able to “See” the chakra signatures of anyone within that range. Using only this jutsu, the user is merely able to see the signatures, and their color, but further jutsu can further interpret what the user sees. The range of this jutsu is determined by how much chakra is spent when first casting it. Casting the jutsu creates a long lasting sensor field. The field lasts for as many posts as it was given chakra points, but the range will decrease by one level every time the chakra lowers to that level. A level may be maintained by paying extra chakra, but the amount paid must be enough to reach the maximum of that level from the current value. Canceling the jutsu does not return any unused chakra.

Prerequisites: Mind's Eye of the Kagura
Description: By focusing specifically on a single signature seen through the Mind's Eye technique, the Kagura is able to memorize it. A signature memorized via this jutsu will always be recognizable through the basic Mind's Eye technique from that point on, where normally signatures are indistinguishable.

Range: Vision
Description: Similar to the Mind's Eye technique, a skilled Kagura sensor is able to view chakra signatures without closing their eyes. This ability however, only applies to targets the user can see clearly and naturally, meaning that unlike the Mind's Eye, they do not see in a radius, but only in front of them, and cannot see hidden targets. At it's base, this jutsu has the same basic effect as the Mind's Eye, alowing the user only to see chakra signatures, with no true distinction. However, any jutsu that modify the Minds Eye also modify this jutsu, and some exist specifically for use with this jutsu.
