█Physical Description: Lady Nocta, is very petite and slender even for a fairy. she wears gothic style clothes. She has mid length hair, black with red tips, straight, and fairly spiky. Wings are torn hence the name Torn-Wings.very pale and fair skinned due to lack of light. Can fly by pumping elemental into her wings. Elemental is a blood red glow

█Personality: Royalty, very straight posture, Lady Nocta is not harsh but cuts straight to the point isn't lazy when other queen's would be. interested in only the gain for herself and her people. Shows no remorse or emotions. Protects the laws to the fullest.

█Special Accessories:rosario that controls the flow of elemental if it were to be broken boundless amounts of elemental would be released. so she wears it to keep control of her elemental. she wears elbow length gauntlets thats made of a physically and magically indestructible metal only fairies can find called myrrh metal. She also wears a pair of runners boots that are made of the same metals. A diadem made of gold fit for a queen.

█Biography/History: Lady Nocta is the first of fairies, she was made by treants pollen and plant magick, pollination of the flower nightshade gives birth to this fairy. When Nocta was born she was physically weak to the point where it took her seven and a half years before she could use her legs and walk, it was also equally difficult to fly and use a sword. As time went by she went and trained under an elf named Nurielen and He taught her how to use a rapier got her muscle strength up and taught her how to walk and fight and be as lithe as a cat,but there was such a price to pay for getting her to be in an independent state. She started having really bad pulses of elemental uncontrollably flow from her body til she passed out. So it was time to perform an old elvish ritual which was custom to weakling elves on Nocta they attached a rosario collar on her and chanted that the flow of elemental would be directed inside the rosario. Since Nocta is a fairy and not an elf her body couldnt handle such a method so every time she got too weak in battle the rosario would break off and release such and powerful form of elemental it would cut into all that was around her and knock her out for days at a time. After a while she got better control of this reaction and her knockout state only lasted for a few hrs.and only happened occasionally. She was taught elvish customs and elvish history and literature. For 14 years she and Nurielen trained together and then on her 21st birthday she was old enough to travel alone to test her mettle as is custom. She gets her boots and gauntlets on this adventure, she put them on and they fused to her body and now they can never be removed. she faced off with a demon that resulted in the loss of her wings, and memory so she remembers nothing of how she got her gauntlets and boots or how she lost her wings. But she learned how to pump elemental through her body to temporarily fix her wings with the help of a Dwarf that found her named Knox, so she can fly. now she's on a personal quest to try and find the demon that did this to her, and a more personal quest to find or make more fairies.

release the rosariobreaks off the rosario on her neck releasing very powerful elemental waves. she can only use it with 10 or less hp and incapacitates her for three noncombat rp posts (cuts the opponents current health in half (i.e: 50/100 would turn into 25/100) but if its 20/100 or less it kills or incapacitates oppenent)

Fairy natural ability Light, Wind and Thunder Magic can be cast using the casters own HP in place of Mana.
Light / Wind and Thunder magic cost 1/2 less HP when used.
