History: Honestly Quarantine is the girl with nothing to tell and that makes her the perfect little weapon. She has no memories of a family or a life prior to waking up on the operation table as a terrible monster. Despite a desperate longing to be normal, fall in love, have a life outside of missions and low self image, she remains loyal to the Good Doctor because he's the only 'family' she's ever known, after all, he created her. While he has since distanced himself from her (almost instantaneously) the lingering bond still drives her.
