Requirements: Fragments of Wood.
Description: After forming a few handseals and concentrating chakra on the fragments of wood the user uncovers the fragments of wood and releases their chakra. The result is small pieces of wood that fly into the air attempting to hit eyes, hair, or clothing and cause a distraction.

Mokuton: Ningyou Kakuchou [Wood Release: Puppet Extension]

Requirements: Approved puppet.
Description: Upon performing the necessary handseals, the user's chakra will travel through their chakra threads, connecting to the puppet. About five sharp stakes will burst from the puppet he/she is controlling. These stakes must come out vertically. Curved stakes are not possible. However, the can come out of anywhere on the puppet: front, back, side, head, etc. The stakes burst forward for a range of one meter. The stakes will stay on the puppet until the end of battle. The user is unable to retract any of the stakes until the end of battle.

Mokuton: Roddo no Jutsu [Wood Release: Rod Technique]

Description: The user creates a pole made of wood that is 2 feet long, and has a diameter of 1 inch out of their hand. This can than be used as a tool for close range combat. Easily broken by a strong force, or cut by particularly sharp objects; kunai get stuck in it, but an average sword of any kind can slice it in half.

Sen Ira no Jutsu- [Thorned Wire Technique]

Description: The user channels wood chakra into a wire, causing thorns to grow from it, essentially making the wire barbed. This is useful for making traps or for causing captured enemies additional pain and discomfort.

Mokuton: Mokuzai Bure-ka [Wood Release: Wood Breaker]

Description: The user of the just punches a wall or block of wood and shatters it as if he were strong enough to break through it. The the amount of chakra it takes to do this depends on the thickness of the wood that is targeted. Any wooden barrier too much taller or wider than the user won't be affected by this jutsu.

Description: After forming a few handseals and concentrating chakra in the user's mouth, the user can exhale an air-transferred pollen stream that will irritate the target's nose and force them to sneeze.

Description: Upon performing of the necessary handseals, the user lets his chakra seep into a tree by placing their hand on it. After that, the user can control a certain limb of that tree to attack the target in reach in a lashing attack.

Description: The user directs his chakra to a tree that he's in contact with. Afterwards, the tree seems to abandon its entire carriage of foliage and lets the leaves float down distracting the opponent and allowing the user an escape or sneaky movement.

Description: The user's handseals will allow them to control a near by tree in slight ways. They can have its branches move at will to aid them in climbing it, or they can control a part of the tree to fail a target standing on it and make them fall.

Description: The user's handseals will allow the user to be wrapped with petal swirling and floating around. The petals will give the user a graceful look and through moments at which the petal blocks sight of the looker, the user could charge and attack.

C Rank Jutsus

Moku Bunshin no Jutsu [Wood Clone Technique]
Rank: C
Requirements: None.
Description: This is a Ninjutsu technique that utilizes wood to create a Bunshin clone. Unlike a normal Bunshin, the Moku Bunshin has the ability to interact more with the environment due to it having physical substance. This allows the clone to carry out attacks on its target. Also, elemental clones can think, but only on the rudimentary level, and the concentration for their jutsu needs to be maintained by the user. When this clone disperses, it reverts into a swirl of leaves.

* Special Notes *
- Each bunshin takes 1/10 of your chakra pool to make.
- Bunshin can only travel a moderate distance from the user
- Bunshin have 1/10 the power of the user. This includes weapons, items, powers, speed, reaction speed, etc.
- Elemental Bunshin can perform taijutsu, non-elemental jutsu, and elemental jutsu of its own element that the user knows, so long as the jutsu maintains contact with the elemental clone through the whole time. Note however, that an elemental clone only has as much chakra as the user gave it, and some of it is used to maintain the clone. Attempting to use a jutsu the clone no longer has enough chakra for will cause the bunshin to burst without the jutsu being performed.

Konoha Shunshin no Jutsu [Leaf Body Flicker Technique]

Description: The user will be able to disappear from their previous position in a flurry of leaves and reappear elsewhere. The distance they reappear to depends on the amount of chakra they choose to use, though they must travel more than 2 miles and know exactly where they are going. This jutsu is only to be used outside of a battle, or to leave a thread entirely. This jutsu is only to be used outside of a battle, meaning you can't start a battle with it either. Also, the user is merely traveling quickly, not teleporting, so it can't be used to escape when they are tied up or locked up.

Mokuton: Moku Joheki [Wood Release: Wood Locking Wall]

Description: Using the correct amount of chakra, the user creates a half-dome of wood to shield around him or herself. The shield can be burned by fire or broken if enough power is put behind the oncoming attack.

Mokuton: Mokusei Tate [Wood Release: Wooden Shield]

Requirements: None.
Description: A technique that instantly creates a wooden shield on a users hand or both hands if the shield extends beyond 3 feet. The shield is often heavy to be used while moving but is great to stop senbon, shuriken or kunai attacks and other low level attacks. The maximum size of the shield is 5 feet by 5 feet.

Mokuton: Mokuzai Kakujuu [Wood Release: Wood Expansion]

Requirements: A wooden object or tool.
Description: The wood can grow larger than it already is. This is useful for creating wooden shields or longer staffs. However, this can't be used to grow the wood past the weight of an average human being.

Mokuton: Toba no Fuku [Wood Release: Thorn Whip]

Description: By performing a set of handseals, the user creates a vine-like whip from the palm of their hand that is covered in large sharp thorns. This whip can withstand several cuts from shuriken before it is actually cut through and is strong enough to support the user's weight if it is tied to something.

Description: The user's handseals will allow them to surge chakra through the soil and help grow a wide circle of tall dark and pale green grass. This will help the user hide and attack the opponent while they are sight-hindered within the dense grass.

Description: The user's chakra manipulation, through handseals, allows him to create a couple of meters long pillar strong enough to withstand his weight. The user will then use this wood beam as an axis for kicks, elevation and jumping.

Description: The user will perform sneaky handseals and then take the chance of a target in his close range. Flashily, the user will slam his palms into the ground causing several moderately thin beams to shoot out of the soil in many directions around the user. This will give the user a bit of protection while assaulting the target. This jutsu can be used ultimately on a descending target. The shoots of wood will retreat a few moments after use.

Description: The user's handseals will allow them to create a wood extension from the ground in front of them. The wood beam will dart quickly towards the opponent and hit them forcefully..

Description: After finishing his handseals, the user will extend wood from his hands to create a simple wooden boomerang. The weapon can then be used to throw at the opponent. With its very simple aerodynamic design, this boomerang is quite efficient for being so swift.

Description: The user will form hand-seals then place their palm on the ground. In turn this will cause a multitude of vines to form beneath a target, then wrapping around his legs and arms.

Mokuton: Gatoringu Shi-zu [Wood Release: Gatling Seeds]

Description: Upon completing the handseals, flowered plants grow up from the nearby environment in a wide circle around the opponent. Once the circle is complete, the flowers open their petals and begin to fire seeds at the opponents at great speed repeatedly, although these seeds are not that powerful they are strong enough to leave a small bruise on impact even through clothing.

Description: The user of this jutsu forms a layer of bark on a selected area of their body to act as a form of armor. This bark can stop a kunai attack and get it caught at best but it textured enough to cause some pain to someone who tried to punch it for example. On the downside, this layer of bark limits flexibility of that area and trying to move too much will result in the armor crumbling.

Description: The user covers some seeds with their saliva, which they put chakra into, and then spits them out toward the ground. They then perform one handseal which causes vines that are covered in thorns to sprout upward and entangle the target or targets.

Description: By using this jutsu, the user creates a sea of fungi in the surrounding area. If the user has a gas poison, they can choose to have the spores release it as well, spreading it over a wide area.

Description: The user will use handseals to prod the formation of wood around one of his arms. The wood will then form into a spike extending to impale his opponent. Performing the half of the Tiger seal, the user can extend a large mass of spikes from his arm around the original one to strengthen his attack.

Description: The user's quick handseals will surround him with a field of wooden blunt spikes. A falling enemy can be damaged and bruised by such projections. However, the normal use is for this field to erupt for the blunt spikes to fly up and came down crashing on the targeted enemy or enemies.

Description: After hand-seals the user of this jutsu raises both of their hands up quickly and a large rectangular wall of wood comes up from the ground in front of them. The user then leans in and kicks the wall, moving it forward at a high speed.

Shizen Kaidan [Nature's Stairway]

Requirements: Open ground.
Description: By continuously releasing chakra through their feet, the user is able to create a pathway of wood. Emerging as cylindrical pillars, trees form adjacently with variable heights and widths. The tops of these trees are adjustable from a road to a point. However, the user must be close to every part created, so a point has a good chance of hitting the user as well. Due to the way they form, the path created much resembles a wall or dam. Others can use or destroy the path as well.

Mokuton: Jukai Koutan [Wood Release: Forest Genesis]

Description: A Mokuton ninjutsu technique where the ninja uses their chakra to create the sapling of a great tree, and then continues to use their chakra to feed the root of the sapling. It grows, twists, and winds through solid obstacles, and wraps around the ninja's enemy, trapping them in its branches.

Description: This technique causes a large cage of wood to grow out of the ground. It is a wood-type technique, which can only be performed by the most powerful ninja.

Description: The user's string of handseals will call upon a large tree structure of wood, mainly a strong beam with several branches of wood extensions. Those extensions will then extend more and more and crash down upon the target, creating a huge network of timbered girders in the process.

While they cannot be condensed, these spikes can be used to stab as they are sharp, but can easily be broken if used for defense.

Description: Using Mokuton abilities, the user is able to sort of commune with nature around them. They will place their hand on the ground and small roots will grow from it. The roots will then extend through the ground and attach to nearby tree roots. The connected tree roots will extend the jutsu further. If there are any vibrations sent through the tree or roots they will alert the user to a presence through vibrations. The closer the source, the stronger the vibration to the user. If there are no trees to connect to, the jutsu's range is cut to 10 meters.

Name: Mokuton: Kuko Kei no jutsu (Wood Style: Vine Whip)

Description: [Snake, Rat] After performing the seals, a vine whip comes out from your hand, as if it had just appeared from magic, but it actually had grown out of your right hand and grew thorns on it.

Effect: Light Weapon, is as durable as a Wooden Weapon.

Mokuton: Kafun no jutsu (Wood Style: Pollen)

Description: [Rat, Snake, Rat] after performing the seals, you must slam your hand on the ground, which will send a poisonous pollen into the air that will block your location, and poison any that breath it.

Effect: The poison causes difficulty breathing, which cuts stamina in half.

Mokuton: Kusaki Shinka no jutsu (Wood Style: Plant Evolution)

Description: [ Bird, Tiger] By using the same chakra of life, the user is able to turn plants and evolve them into weapons. A blade of grass can become like a shuriken, a rose can become a whip, a branch can become a sword or a long bo stick. When no plants are around, people usually grow their own with Shyushi Kasei by using seeds.

Effect: Creates various weapons from plant life, they are equal to wooden quality.

Effect: By sending a strong wave of chakra through the ground, the user is able to strengthen, stiffen, and sharpen grass within a small area, turning a field of grass into a field of needles. Although the grass is will harm ally and foe alike, the user is capable of flattening certain areas to allow him and allies to move around.

Wood Element; Seed Entangle [Mokuton; Shyushi Karamari no Jutsu]

Effect: By hyper-accelerating the growth rate of a seed, a user will concentrate the chakra into the seed and shoot it at a target. Once the seed hits something, regardless of who or what that is, the seed soon unravels and many vines wrap around the target's arms and legs, thus restricting their movement greatly.

Effect: A variation of the Seed Growth Skill, this jutsu causes the grass below an opponent's feet to rapidly grow and wrap around the victim's hands and feet, binding them.

Wood Style: Storm of Grass Needles [Mokuton: Kusa Hari no Arashi]

Effect: after using the Grass Thorns Skill to harden the grass into needles, the user sends another wave of chakra into the ground. This one causes the needles to instantly fly up to hit an opponent. Unfortunately, all the needles are shot in the same direction.

Wood Style: Thorn Armor [Mokuton: Ihara no Yoroi]

Effect: Combining the basic principles of the Shyushi Kasei and Shyushi Karamari, the ninja is able to make vines coil around his own body. When this step is done, he channels chakra into the plants around him and uses a variation of Kusa Ihara, thus forming converting these harmless creepers into thorns. This jutsu is designed to deter opponents from getting too close, provides a mild defense against weak taijutsu attacks, and will bruise.

Effect:After the user places a seed in the ground and infuses a large amount of chakra into it, the seed bursts open and a group of roots quickly make their way to their intended target and spring up from the ground. The roots entangle around their victim's legs and slowly begin dragging them below ground over the course of about 20 seconds.
