Alright. It's safe to assume that since we live all over the map we might not be able to make the meetings. So here's my idea. The Group Captains pick a time and date that they are available to make a meeting. If you, not the Captains, can not make it, then at least your Captain knows what went on and they can relay any messages.
Now the meetings are not closed to the crew members. In fact everyone is encouraged to attend. However, just in case you can't make it, you can ask your Group Captain for information on the meeting. Of course we will still link out or copy and past the meetings so you can re-read, and if you have any ideas, concerns, or opinions you can post them in the thread with the meeting text.
Does this sound like a good idea?
If so, Captains please post your free days, or hours, off.

Tuesday: All day
Wednesday: Until 7:00 pm
Thursday: 2:30 pm - 7:00 pm
Friday: 2:30 pm - 7:00 pm
Saturday: 2:30 pm - 7:00 pm
Sunday: Sunday is a tricky day. Most of the time I am free from 2:30 - 3:30. There may be some Sundays I am free all day and others where I am not free at all. So Sunday is not a good day for a meeting.

Monday: 6:00pm-9:00pm
Tuesday: 6:00pm-9:00pm
Wednesday: 6:00pm-9:00pm
Thursday: Nope
Friday: 6:00pm-12:00pm, sometimes 8:00pm-12:00pm
Saturday: Depends, it varies weekly. But I'l probably be online at some point in the day.
Sunday: Usually all day.
