Since meeting and talking to Valhalla, Marlin had found himself thinking on his wonder and the fact that it was a place that could actually be travelled to. It had led to him doing a bit of research and a combination of trawling through google and Wikipedia had finally managed to yield that Falias was apparently one of four cities belonging to Tír na nÓg, the land of youth. Each city also had some sort of treasure or talisman associated with it, although Marlin hadn’t been able to glean any further information. And then the eclipse had happened and one of his friends attacked and that along with the whole run up to Halloween had served to cause thoughts of his wonder to slip from Marlin’s mind. Chloe was doing better now and Halloween was over and Marlin had once again found himself thinking on the wonder from which his powered alter-ego apparently took his name. He pondered on it as he worked through some stock checking and it was still on his mind when he slipped out to do some patrolling, finding somewhere secluded to power up into Falias. As Falias he was grateful for the layers of his uniform, a definite n** in the air as he absently tucked the piece of mistletoe that was his cinto one of the tunic-top’s pocket before setting out to hit the patrol beat, his feet taking him in the direction of a nearby park. It would be quiet there at this time of evening and thus good for thinking, or at least Falias hoped it would be quiet. He didn’t much feel like getting into a skirmish with a Nega-Officer or fighting a youma - not tonight.

Camelot felt oddly relaxed as he moved to patrol the usual areas near his library. He felt like he could start branching out a bit farther now, and that it would be more beneficial to change his routine to maximize how much he accomplished in a night.
He could also keep a better eye out for others that might need him.
He felt another aura in the area and moved toward it, though he did not feel any Chaos auras with it. Still, it was good to check, and he wanted to make sure that things were okay. He did not want to see anyone hurt, and always felt compelled to go and help as much as he could. Protective, maybe, but that was always part of who he was.
He saw the young man and smiled at the sight, jogging over to him though it was not really necessary. He just was glad to see some of his friends, and maybe he was a little more clingy at the moment, if only because he had very nearly been killed. Or worse, corrupted.
"Hello there!" He called, trotting up happily.

It seemed he wasn’t the only one out and about, it not taking Falias long to pick up on the nearby aura – a strong one. It didn’t feel bad, not like the sense of wrongness that he’d come to associate with those belonging to the Negaverse or the jittery sensation that he’d felt around that senshi from the Dark Mirror, but he’d not come across one so strong before. He realised belatedly the source of the aura was heading his way and turned in the direction he thought it was coming from. Falias had been expecting someone new, but once the figure stepped into sight distance he realised that he knew this particular Knight. "Camelot?" Or at least he thought he did given that the other’s outfit had been different last time they crossed paths and his aura had felt strong, but more blaze strong rather than inferno strong.

Camelot chuckled and nodded his head, looking a bit sheepish.
"Yes, it's me. Sorry, I know I look a little... different. And I likely feel it, too. My aura, I mean, not... like if you pet me, or something." Oh boy, he was bad at this. He needed to be less awkward. That was a note that plagued him for most of his life, and he still had never improved on it. There was always a level of awkward to him that he could not shake.
He supposed it was just part of his character.
"I'm a Templar now. Not something I knew was a thing until, ah.. I just happened to turn into one. Anyway. How are you doing? Are you on patrol?" He was always happy to catch up with other knights, and sort of glanced over the terribly important thing that had happened to him, and the new stage that had come to their faction through it. He needed to figure out what it all meant, and what he could do with that power, before he went around advertising it.
All he wanted to do was continue what he had been doing. Helping other knights learn and survive, and combating Chaos in any way he could. He knew that he had an increased capacity for it now, but he just didn't know how to use it yet.

"Well your cloak's fluffier" Falias said cheerfully as he pointed out the trim that the other’s cloak appeared to have gained, as he made a mental note that apparently Knights could get stronger. "But seriously, congratulations" at least Falias hoped that congratulations were in order. "I’m all right," he admitted in answer to Camelot’s query about how he was faring himself. "And yes I guess I am on patrol, although it’s been relatively quiet so far." Not that he was complaining – sometimes it felt that too many of his patrols had ended in some sort of skirmish so Falias was grateful for the break. "I’ve been thinking on my Wonder some lately." And by some he actually meant a lot, to the point of actually trying to see if he could check his out.

"Your wonder?"
Camelot perked up at that, looking interested. He was getting more and more interested in the whole idea of Wonders, of past lives and ancestry, of the ties that bound them all through the cosmos and the ages past. Of course, he could remember his past life now that he had powered up, not in glimpses and strange flashes, but in ever increasing detail. He wanted to learn more about the wonders of others, and the ways they were interlinked with each other, and with the Senshi.
It was fascinating, and he knew it was important.
"Have you visited yet? I would be interested in seeing it, for sure. And I know you would benefit from a visit, if you haven't already. Ah. Not that I'm inviting myself to your wonder... er..." He frowned thoughtfully, looking apologetic.

Falias shook his head, "I haven't" he admitted. To be honest he didn't even know how to get there, the only hint he had lying in Valhalla telling him that the knowledge on what to do would somehow come to him when he was already. Not that he was going to let that stop him from trying. His discussion with Valhalla had shown him that he knew very little about being a Knight and his attempts at trying to find out more about Falias the place had yielded little information, which was pretty much leaving visiting Falias itself as his sole remaining option - at least if he wanted to find out more about the place from which he took his Knight name. He couldn't help but smile as Camelot mentioned being interested in seeing his Wonder and then, almost in the same breath apologising for doing so. "Ah I don't mind" he said peaceably, as he absently fished the mistletoe out from his tunic-top pocket. "I'd quite like the company when I go" or at least he would if he could actually figure out what he needed to do to actually get to the place. He found himself glancing at the mistletoe again, half musing on how the green of the leaves didn't fade and the berries never seem to wither, despite his 'weapon' pretty much being some screwed up cosmic joke and then found himself glancing back at it with a thoughtful frown, a set of words suddenly in his mind - something about them, although he wasn't too sure what or why he seemed to know them now - he just knew that they were somehow important. He looked over at Camelot, a thoughtful look in his green eyes as he asked slightly distracted "About my Wonder - would you be up for a trip to Falias tonight?"

"I would be honored to join you, then. And if you ever feel like going to Camelot, I can always take you there. It's a... it's not as silly a place as some might have you believe." He smiled, taking initiative in making fun of his own name and wonder for once, instead of letting everyone else do it. He had heard most of the jokes by now, though sometimes he could still be surprised by it.
People were creative. There were always new jokes.
He arched an eyebrow in thought as Falias looked off distantly, tilting his head and wondering what he was thinking about. He knew that it was hard to have a weapon that was not really a weapon, noting that the younger knight had summoned his mistletoe, but Camelot was not a mind reader despite his best efforts, and couldn't offer advice on something he was not sure about.
Well, he could, but it would be weird if he was guessing wrong.
"Oh, a trip tonight?" he looked surprised, but immediately delighted and then he put in a profound effort to pretend he was not as excited as he had been moments ago, if only because he was supposed to be an adult. "Ah, if you don't mind going, I would like to see it."

"I wouldn't mind seeing Camelot some day," the distracted tone was still in Falias' voice as he stared at the mistletoe, pretty sure that it was somehow linked to all of this, no scratch that he knew that the mistletoe was the key, just as he knew what he had to do, although he couldn't explain how he knew, or why now when not even 10 minutes ago he was still puzzling over the whole thing. When Camelot replied in the affirmative however, he managed a small smile, "Great," there was a decisiveness to his voice. "Because I think I've worked out what I need to do." The smile was more solemn than normal, although a there was a ghost of his normally more cheerful smiles there too and as he continued to hold on to the mistletoe in one hand, he held out his other hand to the Templar. "Although I think we have to be holding hands or something" he thought on it briefly before adding. "At least if you're to come along."

"Yes, I just need to be touching you," he said with a chuckle, moving to put his hand on Falias' shoulder. "It can be as easy as this."
He didn't want to make things awkward: he was not the best at social things, and his awkwardness tended to spread like wildfire. He knew it was usually his fault though, and not that of the other person, because he was just so bad at embarrassing himself. Or was that good at it? He didn't really think that was the best skill to have.
But he did. So that was that.
"I'll hang on and we can go see your wonder. I'm very eager to see it!" And he knew Falias would be seeing it for the first time, too, so that made him feel a strange sense of honor. He appreciated being taken there for his first trip. "Ready when you are."

Falias nodded letting the hand he had stretched out drop, Camelot was right, the hand on the shoulder was a much better idea. He knew he had to focus though, holding up the mistletoe as he finally spoke the words that felt like they'd been lingering on the tip of his tongue since they suddenly popped into the back of his mind. "I pledge my life and loyalty to Earth and to Falias..." he spoke the words solemnly, the words themself feeling strangely right for all that it was his first time speaking them. "I humbly request your aid, so that in return I may give you mine." A bell pinged once, then the other as the mistletoe suddenly shone bright and then just as suddenly they weren't in Destiny City anymore. Instead they were in what looked to be the middle of a wood, trees stretched high to the sky, a path through them leading upwards. For a moment Falias blinked, a flicker of uncertainty on his face as he looked around their rather changed surroundings, not really sure what to do now that they were there , but then he shrugged slightly, a somewhat wry smile on his face as he indicated the path "I guess we need to go upwards." Of course they could have gone downwards too, given that the path also seemed to trail down and through the woods, Falias preferred upwards though. [quote"Lithia_Brandon"]

Camelot closed his eyes, hearing the oath and smiled as he felt the magic take its hold. They were transported away from Destiny City, and he took a breath before he opened his eyes to look around. He needed to calm down before he let his excitement get the better of him, and he did not want to go running off the moment he arrived.
It was like he was a kid again. Apparently, visiting wonders was something he very much liked to do. He would have to go to more, with other Knights, and to his own with company more often.
Looking around the woods, his eyebrows lifted and he let go of Falias' shoulder, doing a half turn around to look at the scenery. It was a beautiful, if not eerie place. Dark and still, and he imagined the path downwards only made that darkness seem more thick. he looked at Falias and grinned, nodding his head.
"Upwards sounds good. This place is beautiful. These trees... the air is so different here." It usually was, but he supposed that was because these worlds were not as polluted as the one he was used to. He moved to walk with Falias up the path, shaking his head in wonder. It seemed a fitting name for their realms, when he thought about it.

Camelot seemed genuinely happy at their changed surroundings and Falias couldn't help but smile back at the Templar. "It is beautiful" he agreed cheerfully as he started to follow the path upwards, Camelot moving to follow, their footsteps on the vegetation underneath the only sounds he could hear. As they walked up the path, Falias realised with a sudden start that the amount of trees seemed to be increasing, the slendar trees from earlier having gradually replaced by ones with thicker trunks, the trees stretching high into the sky and after a bit of walking, Falias paused turning to look at Camelot "I thought this a woods, but it seems to be more some sort of forest." Albeit a silent one, with no sign of life apart from the trees and vegetation. "Are you okay to keep walking for a bit?" He was comfortable carrying on, something peaceful about the quiet. It was a change from the nightlife of Destiny City but one that Falias was finding that he did not mind, although he was aware that he should check whether effectively traipsing around a forest was something that Camelot was okay with.

Camelot padded along beside the other knight, looking around in awe at the beautiful place. He loved Wonders, and how vastly different they could be, but also how connected they all seemed. Something about this place felt as special and familiar as his own Wonder, though it did not share his name and he was not a part of this place, as far as he knew. The knights shared much more than just being on a team, and there was so much more for them to learn and understand.
It was exciting, as much as it was intimidating, but Camelot felt he was ready for this sort of learning. No one knew everything, and he was absolutely certain that he knew less than most. He needed to be more prepared, more understanding, and the only way to really do that was to go out and experience things first hand.
He looked at the trees and noticed, slowly, that they were getting more dense. He nodded his head, feeling pretty eager to see where the path lead, and what they could find in the forest.
"I can walk all day, really, in a place like this. I wouldn't worry about me. We can stop whenever you feel like you've had enough." He wanted the younger man to be able to find something about himself, his past, or something likewise interesting and important. Camelot himself was just here to observe, to help when necessary, and to appreciate what this Wonder had to offer.
And he could do all those things with little to no embarrassing hiccups, so he was feeling pretty content.

"Same here" Falias admitted. It wasn't really something he could explain or even really understood since traipsing around forests silent or otherwise wasn't something that he did on a regular basis - or even on an incidental basis for that matter, however despite its emptiness here was something about this place, about this forest that felt (for the lack of a better word) well right. "I've not seen trees so big before though." And he hadn't, the trunks of the trees getting larger and larger the further into the forest they walked until reached the point that Falias reckoned that it would take several people standing in a ring round the base of some of the trees in order for the first and the last to join hands round the trunks. Given the length of time that they seemed to be walking with not a person or creature in sight, Falias had started to get used to the fact that Camelot and himself seemed to be the only people around the silent forest so when a voice suddenly called out from behind them "So you're the one, the new chosen of Falias" he found himself jerking around, only to find that the forest behind them was no longer unoccupied. The owner of the voice was a brown-haired man as he looked over at them from a nearby tree trunk from which he was leaning against. If Falias was to guess at age, then he would hazard the newcomer to be maybe late twenties or so, the other man's garb similar to that of his own, mistletoe about the shoulders and all. "Who are you?" Falias found himself asking, even as he wondered how the other had managed to walk up behind them without either him or Camelot noticing. The answer however was not one he expected. "Falias - Falias, Mistletoe Knight of the Stone." The stranger's voice was matter of fact, even as Falias found himself staring at him. "Although as you too are Falias, you can call me by my given name which is Daithi."
