Kona use to be a ordinary girl with long ears, two vibrant red eyes and two abnormally long and pointed teeth as she use to live not too far away from the city of London as she her parents and her older brother in a mansion on top of a larger hill,There she spent her days trying to help her family and the servants with whatever she could do(At the time she was the age of 7)During that time her father Edward left on a expedition to search for a very very old artifact in the Antarctic as there was a clue that linked to the place famously known as the Garden of Eden,They bid Edward farewell and hoped he would safely return.
Kona received letters from him as the years passed as they mostly said that he was doing fine and had some fun on the first week as it said that he enjoyed watching the wildlife but as time passed he started to write that he felt that he was getting closer to the artifact,During those years Kona attended a Academy for the rich(At this time she was at the age of 11)She always had great grades and received praise from all of the teachers and she was popular with her fellow students but not in the good way because she was always bullied due to her abnormal features,Though it never really bothered her which caused them to quickly stop.(But in reality she was mad that people said that about her.)
At the age of 14 years old his father finally returned home with a proud look on his face as he succeed in gain the artifact which he nicknamed The Bracelets of Eden since their true name was lost in time long ago,Kona was happy that her father returned safely home as they had a big celebration for his safe return,Later that night she woke up suddenly from her sleep as she thought she heard someone calling her,She wanted to find out who called her once she gotten dressed up she heard the voice again it felt like a wonderful song as each word was spoken,She rushed to find out who was calling her as she walked into his father study where the Artifact was as she saw a man who wore a mask and in the hands of the man was the Bracelets.
On instinct she she asked who he was he replied with the words "I am whom I am,Yet I am nothing."He replied which confused Kona greatly as she was about to ask what he meant by those words but before she could say them the man stood in front of her and put the bracelets on her wrists which caused Yami to awaken allowing it to fully manifest by using Kona's body as a Medium it quickly went on a killing spree killing everyone within the mansion along with a 3rd of the population of London before it quickly stopped by the very same man who awoken it,That day was labeled "Black Friday" due to it being Friday and for all the senseless bloodshed.
It's quite unknown what happened three years after that incident but she has last been seen entering Death Lake to head to DWMA to enroll there and hopefully start a new life.

Yami is a Primordial being that is the manifested form of Emotion that's has existed for a long long time even before the existence of Gods, It's sole purpose was to bring suffering and ultimate destruction,Once The Garden of Eden was created it manifested into a fruit tree the very same one that Adam and Eve ate creating the first emotion within Humanity...Fear the Fear of GOD,Millennium after Millennium Yami existed using the emotions of Humanity to create War,Disorder and other emotions by making Humans fight each other,though 12 Millennium ago a Masked man sealed Yami within a pair of unbreakable bracelets which are formally known as the Bracelets of Eden,Being sealed Yami was helpless being trapped for all eternity within the Bracelets though as time passed humans begun to possess it all unknowingly know what exactly the item they possessed was actually was.
But the cycle was broken during the age of Pirates when captain Abraham and his crew obtained the artifact on one of their raids in a England port,A terrible storm buffeted the crew driving them to the Antarctic where they crashed a quickly froze to death though the Bracelet of Eden was buried within the snow supposedly lost forever that was until Edward Kona's father discovered the item during their expedition to find it,Eventually it was quickly brought back to London and placed in a Glass case where Edward planned on placing it until tomorrow morning when he would present his discoverie to the world.
Though that did not happen due to the twisted fate between Yami and Kona where the Masked man reappeared and attached the bracelets on Kona which then cause Yami to reawaken to cause the famously known "Black Friday",And just like Kona it is unknown what happened during the three years of their disappearance.

Yami has complete control over the bones of it's ownself, the deceased as well as the bone of the living, including growing, shaping, manipulating density/weight, using as projectiles/weapons, etc. Yami can also manipulate bare skeletons or separate bones.

Yami is the physical manifestation or personification of emotion, such as Love, Hatred, Happiness, etc, and gains the ability to influence any emotion.
+Fear manipulation
Yami can manipulate fear, whether increasing, decreasing, causing or otherwise chancing fear, even manifesting the emotional energy to physical level. Yami can even make others fear even the most harmless of things to the point of becoming catatonic.(Though the target must have a weak mind for that to work or have their mind dwell in Madness.)
+Dark Aura Manipulation
Yami is able to manipulate the aura around itself and others that has been tainted by dark forces. When this happens, Yami will make Kona experience these dark emotions such as hatred, anger, or despair. The more the she experiences these emotions, the darker and colder Yami's will aura grow. Similar to its counter-ability, Dark Chi Manipulation, Yami as well as Kona are able to gain incredible dark powers to use under its command, however Yami does not lose it's sanity or force of will, but the more they become dependent on dark emotions as Yami's aura slowly takes control of Kona's actions and moral thoughts.
When it comes to this, the colors of Aura Manipulation no longer serve a purpose. The evil aura takes no specific color, meaning it can possess any color but may lose of the benefits of what belonged to Aura Manipulation. However for the benefits that are lost, much power is gained.

Yami is able to use its energy to cause crushing or repelling effects on a objects or area, it can also cause someone to be paralyzed by the pressure and stop moving, or even kill with its energy. Yami can even cause an attack to be negated or have no effect at all(Though it strains Kona's body). Even without the power ever coming into contact with the enemy, Yami can cause the enemies to fall into a state of fear.

The ability to manipulate energy within kinetic atoms, protons, neutrons, or electrons and convert the energy into heat, light, or sound. Yami can move, alter, or stop energy in themselves, objects, beings, or space. Yami can convert one type of energy into another, store it within its bodys, and release it upon command. Yami can create objects from pure energy, and can even project it out in other forms. Yami can absorb ambient energy convert it into life-force and live solely off of that, especially in supremely hostile situations
+Bracelets of Eden
The Bracelets of Eden are a pair of ancient artifacts that's origin is supposedly the Garden of Eden,They act as the medium and as well as a limiter to Yami's power and manifestation capabilities which forces Yami to only use 1/3 of its true power,These bracelets allow Yami to manifest two large Skeletal hands which are coated in a dark and black aura,With this Kona is able to freely use Yami's abilities to a extent though these skeletal hands can be possessed by Yami itself if needed.(Ex:Yami can quickly take control of theses hands to block a incoming attack that Kona has yet to notice.) But it seems the longer she uses this power the more control over her body Yami will be able to possess.
Though Yami is capable to manifest itself completely and use it's powers to the fullest extent if one of the two conditions are set.1:If Kona is at the brink of death or in a state of near Death Yami is capable to fully manifest due to her being knocked out.
2:If Kona experiences some sort of traumatic event like the death/Badly injured of a dear friend or loved one Yami can use the unstable emotions of Kona's mind and "Slip" through the Cracks of her unstable mind and fully manifest causing Kona to be knocked out.
While fully manifesting it will put her in the inside of Yami's rib cage and use that to protect her,If any attacks that it knows that will penetrate its Dark Aura are directed towards the rib's Yami will instantly stop what it will be doing and Stop/Block/Counter said attack.
Even though Yami can fully manifest itself it will eventually withdraw back into the Bracelets due to the strain that will harm Kona if it goes over Kona's limit.

Kona is a kind and hardworking girl, and always put all others before her.She is very clever, although she's still a little bit dense and naive.Kona tries to help everyone and seems very....simple. But she is very complex and confuses everyone around her from time to time. She is also very passionate and will stand up for what she believes even if it makes her look stupid.
But there are times when Kona will become moody due to Yami's influence on her making her Emotionally unstable.

Yami despite being the embodiment of Emotions surprisingly shows little of them well except at times where it has consumed many of the same types of emotion such as Anger for example,It is cold and treats Humanity as if its nothing but garbage as it shows little care for them though it will go out of its way just to kill and cause more destruction if ever given the chance.
