A massive building that is used as a club of sorts. Though during the Holidays, it becomes a night-life activity for all kinds of fun! Toward the back, there is a large ball room area, where people go to dance. As it is Halloween, it is a all costume party.

  "Heh! This just proves how awesome I am. No one keeps me locked up in a boring house or school...garden...thing! " Rinoa did leave her, with her even younger sister Julia at the Garden, but, it seemed Celina had other plans. Just before the garden left, she snuck out with Julia. Over-hearing about some wicked-cool party in Midgar, there was no way she was missing it. "There must be so much CANDY! Let's go.! " Now, if only she had a costume, it may of just been to perfect. Unfortunately, that was left in the garden as she didn't expect to be wearing it until tomorrow.
Taking her little sisters hand, Celina grinned as she began to follow the lightened Jack'o'lanterns all along the side walks, they seemed to be leading right to the party. And that, was not hard to spot out due to the many lights of various colors, lots of black and orange, along with noise! The scene of one very active, fun party.

Leander Leonhart "I don't have time for trash." Leander was seated at the "party" in his regular outfit, none too surprisingly, not exactly engaging in the festivities. Instead, he was getting wasted. He had had a great deal of alcohol already, and the party wasn't even really started. Taking a drink of the liquor, Leander grunted slightly, putting it back on the bar. "More." He said, his words slightly slurred from the alcohol intake. It's probably a good thing he wasn't having any conflict right now. If he could stay seated and take someone out quickly, that wouldn't be a problem, but he probably couldn't move very well right now.
"Don't you think you've had enough?" The barkeep asked him.
Leander gave the person a cross look. "I don't pay you for yure opinons. Now fill thuh damhn dhrink for ghod's sake." He said, rubbing his eyes a little. The barkeep sighed, but did as instructed. As long as they were paid, it didn't really matter what happened to Leander did it? "Fhinally..." He took another drink. (( OoC: ))

 Ah, yes. It really was candy heaven. The only problem was, the candy was up on tables just higher then what she could reach. Bothersome. Obviously they didn't want kids stealing all the candies. But, this was Celina. Problem solver of the year. Pulling out a chair, she went along and skidded it across the floor and right over to that table. "Think you guys can stop me...Think again! " Handfuls of mostly chocolates were grabbed and set into her pockets, she also handed a few smaller, soft pieces of chocolate to Julia, before stuffing her pockets with more.
Finally, when candy's were literally falling from her pockets, she hoped down, a few more falling out,only to be picked back up and set back in. They were wrapped, of course.
Taking a small glance around the area, she just thought it might be a good idea to see all of who was here, should she know of anyone she might need to hide from, such as Rinoa. Luck have it, she wasn't here. But, something of a dark slouched over figure did catch her eyes, clad in those darkly familiar clothes, that raven black hair, oh, yes she knew who that was.. "L-E-A-N-D-E-R....Getting Drunk!! " An oh-so familiar young voice yelled. "Oh god! This is perfect...He's smashed..." She whispered.How she knew these words, god only knows. "Out of the chair, I challenge you to a duel. Outside, Now!! "

- Isabel Mercer -   Suddenly, there in the middle of the dance floor, which wasn't currently being danced on thank god, just a lot of people standing around talking, a flash of golden light came brief, before fading away once more. When it was gone, there stood a women of beautiful long golden hair, her eyes a piercing icy blue.It was Isabel, the Angel of Serenity. But, something was very different about her. Her clothing. Her costume was that of a elvan look, though anyone who knew Isabel, would know this was something she would never wear. It just seemed to...revealing to her. The thing was, it wasn't her choice. An evil red-headed girl named Phoenix did a great little magic test on her, with much evil reasoning behind it, while, part of it was actually good reason! Her laughter could be heard echoing into the air, but the Phoenix was not in sight....
The second Isabel realized what she was wearing, her face went from that soft ivory, to deep beet red! Gasping, she tried to cover her self up with her arms, and hair...But it was to late, she already had just about every single guy in the building with there mouths open. "...P-Phoenix...!? What did you do!!! Oh gosh..Oh my god..."

Leander Leonhart "I don't have time for trash." Leander barely reacted when he heard his name being yelled. Surely there were other Leanders here, right? "..." He groaned a bit, realizing who's voice it was. Which was a slow process due to his intoxication. "Ugh. Aren't shu a litthle thoo yhoung fhor a party like this?" He asked. Pausing a moment, he spit down on the bar counter. "There's your tip, b***h." He told the barkeep, before standing slowly. "Whatever... Yhou want to fight? I'm more than happy to thake you dhown a peg or two... Little piss-ant." He said, walking outside (as instructed; it was quite easy for her to pull his strings when he was drunk it seemed). Though he stumbled several times, and almost fell over the small level change when he got outside. Upon getting outside, he got over to where he figured would be a good enough place, before turning his eyes to Celina. "You're sooo funny sometimes... Piece of trash..." He said under his breath, but more than loud enough for her to hear. (( OoC: ))

If Leander's brain was working well enough to really detect anger in a person's eyes, he would see clear rage in that young girls eyes. Rage that shouldn't existed for one so young, but it was there. "Say that again and i'll destroy you right here....In front of everyone! " She mumbled something under her breath, and what she said was not so kind, and directed toward her brother. As far as she seen it, he deserved every bit of cruel treatment. "Your going down this time..I've been waiting forever for this moment! " She seemed SO confident, too! Though in the end, did she -really- mean everything she said? It was true, she had been after him for so long, wanting to get some form of revenge for their father, whom he killed in their time.
While she wasn't carrying around, or rather, dragging around the Cutting Trigger anymore due to it's heavily weight and obviousness, she had gone into learning magic. After Alphonse had given her the Doomtrain GF, she was able to start on her training. This would become obvious when a bolt came crashing down over-ahead Leander. The first stage of the Thundaga spell, so it wasn't quite as powerful, but maybe in his drunken state, it might get him down. All she could do was wait and see!

Leander Leonhart "I don't have time for trash."   Leander just laughed. Yeah, laughed. His drunkenness was obvious, but he was just laughing at her. "Wh-what? You trying to be intimidating? Hahahahaa.... You're so funny. Such a funny little snot." He said as he was heading out of the place, disregarding her next comment.
Once he was outside, he summoned the Falling Star, as if this was a serious fight. "Hahaha... Last chance to back out, little girl. I'm rheally gonna hurt you. You're gonna wish you nhever even-" Then came the spell. Now, usually Leander would shrug that off with no problem, but right now? Not exactly. "Agh!" He fell down, landing on his backside with a grunt, causing him to drop his gunblade. "...F**K! Little f**king piece of sh**... Time out. Hurrgh... You're too young to play fight with me. Run along and play with your shtupid toys or shomething..." He said, mainly because he was aware that if he tried to stand back up, he'd probably just fall over or be put right back down. "Shouldn't your mommy be watching you? Little baby..." Now he was just trying to get under her skin.  (( OoC: ))

"....Stupid...Idiot...!!! " Celina's fist clenched. This was the best brother and sister relationship ever, wasn't it? While he summoned his weapon, she still didn't show any sign of giving up and running away.The question was, was this all a game? A rough-fight game or was she truely serious? Sending what could have been a deadly attack after her brother didn't seem so friendly or playful to many's eyes. When he went down, Celina's face lit up like a Christmas tree.Even she knew the spell was weak, but, due to his drunken stage, well, here was to say getting drunk wasn't always such a good idea! "Oh? Are you scared of me already? One knock down and you want to stop? No way..I'm going to make you pay for good!!!" While he was down, Celina hurried over and attempted to grab his gunblade. Had she managed to grab it, and get a decent grip on the heavy weapon she would try to level it to his neck. "Shut up, shut up, shut up!! " She just may have been spending some time with Phoenix!
He then, would feel a small foot against his chest as she tried to shove him back down, to the point where she was in a way, standing over him with one foot at his chest, and the blade still against his neck. "I think I win this, Jerk-face!"
Well, it SEEMED to be going well for Celina, up until a certain little sister decided to jump in, litterally right on top of poor Leander, which also knocked the blade out of Celina's hands in the process.Julia was now sitting on his chest, and being so small, perfectly wrapped her arms around his neck in a hug. " ......You....have got to be kidding me......Julia...Get...offf....of...him! I was winning..Ugh!"

 The boy looked like a zombie, but really, he was a tattered, malnourished mess. Clyde slumped at the bar. "...Can I, like, get a water er something...?" Perhaps something more would be known about this weak guy after he hydrated.

Leander Leonhart "I don't have time for trash." Leander groaned while he was there on his backside. That spell stung quite a bit, and due to his drunken state, he didn't see himself fighting anymore. "I dhon't think flies would be scared of you if you had a fly spatter..." Clearly he meant fly-swatter, but of course, the beer. "Guh... " Then suddenly she had his own gunblade at his neck. Now typically he could re-summon it to his own hand to take it from her, but he couldn't very well do that right now. "...!" He decided it might be a good idea to heed her advice and shut up.
Then, even with how little she weighed, she would find it easy to level him on his back with her foot due to how drunk he was. "G-gurh..." He grunted, actually a little fearful at this point. She was clearly in victory over him, with his own gunblade at his throat. Then came Julia's little interruption. "..." He scowled. "You chan't defeat anything, you stupid little girl...!" Suddenly he was mouthy again. Imagine that. He began to reach toward Julia, to pry her off and throw her aside as a way to make Celina leave so he could run, but then a passerby came.
Rose Strife out of nowhere swiped her little aunt (as odd as that thought was) off of Leander, not missing a beat as she kept walking. She wasn't exactly a kid person, but she knew better than to leave her there. She was more child-friendly than Leander. Before leaving, she stopped for a moment. "...Have fun~" She said toward Celina, smirking slightly as she kept going, toward the party. ...Ugh, I hope Emma gets here soon so I won't have to carry this... Thing...! She thought to herself as she went into the party, wearing the guise of a Witch, which wasn't exactly inaccurate for her considering her powers...
Leander blinked. (...Sh**.) He thought to himself. He began to try to scoot away from Celina, but was just messing up his clothing as much as he was failing. "Go away! Stupid little PESHT! Go cry home to your stupid mommy! Maybe she'll get you a new toy..." Yeah, that would work. (( OoC: ))

"Your so brilliant, you can't even speak right. It's called a Fly-Swatter! Maybe you should go back to school. " She just had to say it, her own sad attempts to get under his skin.
Then, as her short-lived victory was now over by the help of their little sister, Celina quickly reached back down to grab Leander's gunblade when Julia was to her surprise, taken away by Rose. She would have to thank her for that later! "Oh, look at that...Now my chances are sure to win. No one to save you now!" Stepping toward him as he tried to scoot himself away, looking rather silly at that! The young girl held a confident grin as she tried to raise the gun-blade to point at him, similar to Seifer's stance, strangely enough! "I haven't used this GF yet, you know...I've been wondering what it would be like to use it.....On....YOU...Big Brother, you have five seconds to run away, or face the Doom Train! "

maru-shadow Now that he was fully awake, Clyde could focus a lot better now. Of course, he was being distracted by the sibling dispute that was happening close to him. Geez, was everyone such a whack job on Halloween? What even was a GF anyways? On the other end of the spectrum, Zola knew exactly what he was doing. He was in charge of coordinating the food, and it was pretty well put together. Everything looked like something out of a horror movie, yet not only was it edible, but it was actually pretty darn tasty.

Leander grunted as he lay there in defeat. Julia had almost saved him, but there was no chance now. As she laid her next threat out, he wasn't scared of the GF, but running sounded nice. Unfortunately when he tried standing, he ended up falling right back to the ground. "Gurgh..." He tried to grab his weapon out of her grip, but he was much too uncoordinated and weak currently to have any real chance of success. "Guh..."

"What I really need is a collar and leash...Now THAT is humiliating...You can be a little PUPPY for this Halloween.." She grinned, oh this was better then anything she could ever do. Pain, if it were to be inflicted physically, it would go away. Mentally, it would remain, forever. Jerking the sword away, so he couldn't get his weapon back, Celina moved back just slightly, though remained close enough that one move may end in him having a real deadly weapon pressed against his chest near the heart, or neck again. "Look everyone, here we have a weak, pathetic fool who's name is Leander! I dropped him to the stage he's at, me, his LITTLE SISTER! Who's stronger now?? It certainly isn't him! Hahaha!! " Oh, she was so cold.
She didn't seem to notice the other who was focused on the two siblings little 'fight', there were so many people here, but her real focus was Leander, She didn't want to get distracted and let him get away, now did she!
