Training Grounds.
An allotted piece of land especially assigned as the training place of the members of the Third Division. The Grounds houses one large dojo for those wanting to be adept in the art of the sword, a wide and sandy strip of land for practicing tactics in the battlefield, and another dojo for training of the mind.
A quaint garden by the northernmost nook of the Grounds offers rest and meditation for the exhausted Shinigami—under the condition that only the extremely tired can rest there. And to make serious on the deal, senior members of the Division are sent in shifts to guard and watch over their juniors in the place all day and night long.
