Welcome to the Roleplayers' General Chat thread, or RGC for short. As a dedicated subforum for General Chat proved unpopular, it got canned. However the chatter clogged the old OOC thread and RP ideas were lost in a sea of smalltalk. Hence the need for this thread. This thread is meant for your everyday smalltalk and general RP discussion.Post quality guidelines:
Stuff specific to roleplays hosted in this subforum generally belong in their own OOC threads, though meta-discussion of them is acceptable.
Character mules are allowed to post here. Go hog wild with it if you want.

I'm not active in any other guilds. I can post a banner on Tumblr and see if any of my followers are interested, but I really don't know any other role-players than those who are in this guild.
Re: Activity--
I'm in the last year of my degree now, and my new part time job has me working from about 6pm to Midnight almost every day of the week. I hop on Gaia for a few minutes every day to see what's new, but I haven't really been active in the guild because I haven't been able to post in the RP. I'll still float in when I get the free time, but it's going to be a busy year for me, especially because I'm supposed to be looking for internships soon.

You will need to be around and somewhat active for the revision stage, which is coming up after this plot thread is done with. I'll do another mass quote when it's a good time. Post-revision, you've been doing a good job of not putting in more than your schedule can handle, so I'm not super concerned about that.

I'd rather keep my eyes open for the rest of eternity until Jack and the crazy NPCs destroy Gaia.
Also, not inspired to change my avi. Haven't found anything I like in the 10 or so minutes I try to make something between spurts of homework.

I wish the plot regarding the Kuros would tie into this somehow. Like Nyx rising to power in the background while Jack and EB are busy squabbling over stupid petty s**t.
10/10 would read, but it's about as likely as Guilds getting an update anytime soon at this point.

☠ ☠ "Ring a bell so the serpent hears us, let her know that we're tried and true. ." ☠ ☠  What I'm worried about the most is: This bomb that EB has flying around. . It's currently in Durem. People think that the bomb's destination is Halloween Town. . Buuuut last I checked, it was sitting pretty in Durem.
Is anyone else worried? I know I am. I'm very worried. D:

This almost never occurred to me, but if you're still working on that dating sim project in RPGMaker and pulling your hair out, or have basically scrapped it, why not try Ren'Py instead? Not only is it geared more toward what you were/are trying to make, but you don't have to worry about spritemaking, mapmaking, and other bullshit that ends up stopping a lot of RPGMaker projects. Additionally, it's crossplatform. I'd be able to playtest anything you throw at me so long as you generate a file for Linux.

It's more just been set aside for right now. I don't really have much time to work on it, though I would like to.
I took a look at the program, I didn't know it was purely code-based. I'm not gonna lie, I'm intimidated by it and don't even know how to start using it.
