Four long months of nothing.
He'd ended up lethargic again, just kind of staying in his room, playing with his minis. It wasn't like Uller didn't have friends, he did, he just didn't want to be around them. That may make him seem like a bad friend, but sometimes you just needed a break from the world. Even if it was prompted by no contact with your boilfriend.
Whatever. It wasn't like his whole life revolved around the demon. Sure, Etzer was the most interesting thing in his life, but it wasn't like he was bored or anything! He had his video games, which is what he was doing right now. He sat in his most comfortable chair, in boxers, with his hair spilled around him. His mini pets were put up in their beds, and he had his door slightly cracked open. His legs were raised, pressed against the edge of his desk, controller in his lap. He had headphones on so his growling and cursing could be considered pretty random if one didn't know he liked video games. Uller was bad at them, but it didn't mean he didn't like them!

And it was because Uller had his headphones on that he didn't hear the soft knocking on the door, or the door being pushed open.
The frost demon crept up silently behind the deer, biting his lower lip to keep from laughing out loud. He reached out and with nimble fingers, slid them across the base of the other's tail, his free hand tangling itself in Uller's long hair.
He made sure to keep his head way back in case his boilfriend jumped. He didn't need another case of a bleeding nose - Jack knew he got enough of those already.

Jump he did, and scream, and fail and attempted to push back and stand up at the same time, which resulted in him hitting his knees on the desk. The scream he emitted could rival that of a ghoul when she was scared by something. The controller had been sent flying across his desk, landing with a loud clatter on his keyboard, knocking his keyboard and mouse around and somehow managed to exit his game.
He turned his head to scream at whoever touched his tail, his face completely red. "HEY. Who gave you permission to touch my ta-" Then he stopped when he noticed who it was. "Etzer?" He blinked a few times, still in his chair. Instinct took over and he turned himself and the chair around completely to pull Etzer into his lap, and push his face into the other's chest in a tight hug. "You're a p***k."

"I've dated ghouls before, but you're the first to actually scream like one," He murmured softly as he wrapped his arms around Uller, hugging him back just as tight. "Besides. You gave me permission to touch it when we first started dating." Rolling his shoulders back, he eased himself onto Uller's lap more comfortably.
"Yeah... I have to admit, I am a p***k. I was kind of in a funk there for a bit." He pressed his face into Uller's jaw, breathing in the other's scent slowly. "Didn't want to see anyone. Was just... so out of it." Shaking his head, he pursed his lips and closed his eyes, seeming not only tired, but out of it as well.

"Just, shut you, you p***k," he murmured, flushing all over again. It wasn't his fault he screamed like a ghoul. He'd been startled in the worst/best sort of way. The worst because his tail did things to him, and the best because it was Etzer. He sighed, just pushed his face into Etzer's dark hair, letting a hand move up to thread dark blue fingers through it. Lips pressed to Etzer's cheek before he frowned a bit more.
So he hadn't want to see anyone? He guessed that was alright. These things happen. The moods to just shut yourself off from the rest of the world, that was. He sighed a little more and let his ears flick this way and that, petting down his back. "Mn, it's alright."
Truthfully he'd been worried that Etzer would just disappear for a year like Tahki did. "At least you.. are here now? Even if you still do seem out of it. Have you been sleeping? Eating?"

"Eating? What's that?" He hummed in Uller's ear, attempting not to grin. "I can survive on coffee, right?" His hand splayed across his boilfriend's chest, trailing slowly downwards. "Among other things...?" The corner of his lips was twitching, and his eyes were bright as he finally met Uller's eyes, giving away that he was giving the other a hard time.
"Yes, I've been eating, but I would love to go out with you to lunch. If you don't have anything else to do." He glanced back at the game system. "... unless you want to scream and throw that a few more times, I know I won't complain."

The stare Etzer got was one of confusion, disbelief, and just annoyance. Did he really not eat? This boil was going to be the death of him. Jack damn it, he was going to either wring that pretty neck or just give up on feeding the stupid demon. He felt those hands on his chest and trailing lower, his eyes narrowing a little as he met Etzer's own before letting out a puff, blowing his hair out of his face. "Right. Of course you would joke about eating, sadistic demon," he murmured softly.
Then the teasing happened about how he screamed and he just flushed and shoved at Etzer. Uller didn't want to be known as the screamer. "Yes, yes, let's go eat, you stupid boil." In seemed Uller showing affection included a lot of insults. "I was going to take a break and eat anyway." Finally, he pushed Etzer out of his lap and stood up, stretching out his legs.
It occurred to him then that he was only in his boxers in front of Etzer and he just sighed at that realization. He scrubbed a hand over his face, kicked his door shut and then shuffled to his closet. "But first I have to dress."

"You don't have to," Etzer purred, reaching forward to snake a finger in the elastic of the boxers. He drew it back and let go with an audible snap, his grin overtaking his face.
"... on second thought, you might want to. I'd have way too much fun with that." The frost demon drew back and sat on Uller's bed, all too keen on watching his boilfriend play with his clothing. He tilted his head and thought about making Uller another outfit - an apology gift of sorts. He'd been in a funk due to lack of motivation, and skipped out on a lot of classes as well as his evaluation... he'd have to talk to a teacher to get another class rolling in order to be considered for his second year.
He sighed, reaching up to rub his forehead, thoughts apparently troubling him.

The snap of his boxers caused Uller to send a half-hearted glare to the other and another eye roll. "I was going to get dress despite what you said," he murmured softly, grabbing a pair of dark denim pants. He slipped those on quickly, so Etzer didn't have another chance to snap his boxers again. With a little noise, he pulled his tail through the tail hole he had in all of his pants and sighed lightly, flicking the thing to smooth his fur out and into place. With that done, he grabbed a black turtle neck top that had no sleeves and shimmied into that. It was snug, made out of a stretchy material , but it was quickly covered by an over-sized v-neck shirt that half hung off one shoulder. The sweater was a dark purple with lighter purple stripes going vertically down, almost like pin stripes. As for shoes, well, he grabbed his usual boots and socks and begun work there.
"...Don't think so much, I can smell your brain smoking," Uller teased, arching a brow. Once he was properly dressed, shoes included, he moved over to Etzer, depositing himself in his boilfriend's lap, running hands through that hair, kissing his forehead before tilting Etzer's head up to kiss him properly. "What are you thinking about so hard?" Uller let one of his thumbs smooth over the crease between Etzer's brow. He might be a bit of an a*****e, but Uller did care about the other.

Etzer sighed contentedly as he stared at Uller, laying back and enjoying the view. "Are you cold or something?" Layers, there were so many layers. Etzer himself liked to take off the layers, though he was working on his stripping habit.
When he remembered.
Putting his hands on Uller's waist greedily, he clung to him and breathed, remaining quiet for a few moments until he answered.
"I bet my brother's pissed at me. I haven't seen him, either."

"I might be," he said, completely dead panned. He rolled his eyes afterwards and then looked down to Etzer as he stayed quiet, seeming to mull his answer over. Dark blue hands ran through black hair as he waited, examining his face, nuzzling into the top of his, careful of his horns.
Ah, the brother. Whatever. Uller didn't care about this brother; he'd never met him. "Well, he can wait, because I'm first. He's had you for how many years compared to me?" It was Uller's turn to be greedy now.

"You.... should really meet my brother. You wouldn't really understand until you actually met him. I need to take care to spend the same amount of time with you both." Grunting, Etzer rubbed his forehead and grimaced, thoughts of them meeting bouncing around in his head. "... perhaps I should arrange that." ********, that would be a chore in itself. He already knew he was going to get reamed out by his brother for missing out on exams, as well as holing himself up in his room, and he knew he'd probably already told his father...
Just more thoughts crowded his head and he ended up throwing his hands up, falling back on the bed and staring at the ceiling.
"I can't do anything right now. My mind is a conundrum vat of noise." A pause. "GOOD JACK."
... he hadn't even been reading. His favorite adventure novels. He hadn't been reading them.
"Uller please tell me that you have an adventure novel that you might have picked up for me or one that I let you borrow?" Breath? Punctuation in sentences? What was that?

Right, like he would willingly meet his boilfriends brother. ...He'd have to, wouldn't he? Since this was going to be a lasting relationship. Sighing, he rolled his eyes again and just watched the demon make himself home on his bed. Uller was glad the boil had felt that comfortable. Shifting a bit, he straddled Etzer's waist as he suddenly seemed to have a book craving.
"If I didn't know you to be an ice demon, I'd swear you're a book one," the stag muttered as he reached to his night stand from where they were. He grabbed a new adventure novel that he'd picked up with Etzer in mind and waved it in front of him. "Before I let you borrow it, though, You have to breath." To punctuate, he pushed down lightly on that stomach. "We'll bring it to lunch. I've got another book I can read. We'll have a reading date."
And Uller thought he was the high maintenance boilfriend.

They were both high maintenance. Etzer wouldn't admit it though. Not openly.
Taking the book, he planted a kiss on Uller's lips and made a small high pitched happy noise, hugging the book to his chest and reeling in the moment that he had a new book. This one was called Beware of the Pumpkin Egg's Fishnet Legs.
... seriously, who came up with this crud?

The kiss was well received, and answered. Uller even went so far as to swipe his tongue over the other's lips before slowly pulling back, hands moving over that chest and down again. "Okay, grab the book, and let's go."
With that, Uller rolled off his boilfriend and stretched himself out. He took a moment to look himself over in the full body mirror, fixing his hair just right before nodding and headed towards the door again. "...I found that book interesting, by the way. The ending is to die for." How did he say that with a straight face? Lots of practice. He'd been so lonely the last few months.
