This Oc was inspired by my favorite card game Magic the gathering and the Izzet guild of ravnica from the card game.

Nickname:Grand dragon of the mind or miz for short
Gender: Male
Age: 324
Orientation: Straight but with no interest in women.
Personality: Arrogant, Relaxed, Overly calculating, Miz is the kind of person to never under estimate his enemy's but also over estimate his own. Unafraid of any thing Miz will jump into any fight simply to gadget the enemy's strength. While he holds himself in an emotionless state he has been known to brake character from this blank expression state and regain some resemblance to a human being. Miz normally speaks a low under tune load enough to hear but low enough to not to gain to much notice around others.
This only changes when he becomes enraged. Miz becomes an overly aggressive fighter who while sticking to his normal style of combat is now on a greater level of attack. Unleashing attacks with full intent of destroying his target with no consern for those in caught in the cross fight.
Miz will also resort to attacking others simply to gain a reaction from his target.

Fighting Style: Miztien-Urie uses a mixture of combats styles formed into one but very little hand to hand combat. Miz normally fights in steps that increase with each step taken.
Step one is normally a released sword combat resorting to spells to throw the enemy off balance.
Step two in released shikai combat using Redirect and Teleportal with normal sword attacks to try taking the target down with out resorting to higher levels of combat.
step three is when Miz releases the full extent of his shikai and become quite a bit more aggressive in combat. Opting now for ranged combat rather then his former close rank combat.
Step four Miz releases his bankia and holds nothing back.

Personal Skill: Extremely good at pin pointing weak points and learning in battle as well as exploiting his enemys own ability's to his advantage in unforeseen ways.
Likes Learning and fighting new people.
Dislikes: Brutish fighters and stupid people. Also has a distrust for anyone.
Hates: Being forced to kill a weaker enemy or forced into a fight he has nothing to gain from.

Melek is a sword of balance between fire and ice. Alone one is only half as powerful as with its partner. The swords rely on one another and cant use their powers unless Miz is at the very least touching the other.
While most twin swords have a spirit for each blade Melek only has one. The blades are attacked to a single spirit due to the fact they are in perfect balance with each other. Melek him self being the body in which the sword combine into perfect balance with each other.

Melek himself is the type to tell only half truths or retain half of every think he tells Miz. While Melek can always been trusted to tell him what he needs to know or to give him idea's he can use he also holds a lot back forcing Miz to earn everything or to learn for himself.

His inner world is a world of fire and ice. Buildings built of ice that never melt even though the air around them is well into the 80's. The gravity here is o great that both Miz and Melek are unable to fly forcing them both into ground combat.

Shikai Techniques:
1.Teleportal: This is the ability to teleport short amounts of distance with in line of sight. Max distance is 30 feet. The movement is nearly instant and takes a much stronger force to even notice the change of location. This power only works to move away from or around an enemy combatant and never towards. This power is only useable by the red sword.

2. Redirct:. This power opens up a small rift in space and time to sends any object or power back into another direction. This power can also be used on powers from the past. In other words i can resend an attack from the past at a given target in the present. I can only effect past attacks once pure RP battle pure each attack. Only useable by the blue sword.

3.Shatter Shards: Fires a barrage of 20 to 30 6in long needle thin ice shards that freeze most object on contact. The shards them self can cause internal trauma to a body if not blocked but normally freeze the enemy's solid. Thermal temperature is -294 degree's. Only useable by the blue sword

4.Infernal furry: Fires a blast of super heated air that singes most anything it comes in contact with. Thermal temperature is 294 degree's. Only useable by the red sword.

Bankai Information:
Retains all the powers from Melek's Shikai.

Miv's bankai gives him a slight speed increase this however is off set by the fact that his buster is still a light weight weapon but is used like a heavy weapon. This combo of speed and a light weight weapon comes at a cost to is integrity though. Making it easier to brake then it was in Shikai form.

While the buster is easier to brake Miz optes for ranged combat before close rank combat to maintain his sword for the simple face that all his powers are channeled through its edge and if broken is forced into hand to hand combat which is his lest used combat style.

Miz's bankia also releases a very high level of energy which forced Miz into a fast passed battle style. If he isn't able to end the fight with in the begotten time frame that his bankai is sealed and he is then forced back into a none shikai combat with little reserve to work with.

Bankai Attacks:

2.Eye of the Storm: This opens small rips in space and time allowing the users attack to be sent into the future ( 2 RP posts later ). The attacks act as if they had just been used and are able to be dodge and blocked as normal. Multiple attack's can be sent into a single portal but can also be released from multiple portals. Enemy attacks can not be effected by this power.

3.Possibility Storm: This is a stagnant ability: This ability permanently copy's up to 5 powers from any given target's other then hollows. The powers full effects are cut in half as well as their over all power and ability. Once a power has been copied it can never be removed with out resetting all the known powers he has copied.
#1: Solar Flash: Creates a flash of light that temporally blinds all who the user considers an enemy, leaving allies able to see.

If a Shikai power is copied that power can only be used while Miz is in his own Shikai. These power are then sealed during bankai. Also each power is restricted to a single use pure combat. Those powers will be colored RED.

1.Temporal mastery: This power cuts into the very fabric of reality sending the sword flying through space and time to lash out at a single target. The attack can be dodge and blocked as normal its simply slashing at the enemy with a ranged attack. The sword its self acts normally.

This is my story:
Miz came to the soul world the same as every one else. He lived close to 60 years in the rukon district secretly training in swordsmen ship. When a small gang of hollows attacked a near by farm. Miz was the first into battle downing the lead hollow before being injured by a second.
Soul reapers came and downed the rest saving him. Seeing he had been able to down the leader of the gang with nothing more then a normal katana the reapers transported him into soul society where the current number one captain had his wounds tended too. After a few weeks of rest he was then asked to train to become a soul reaper.

Miz like many reapers came into the academy with nothing in the form of skill or technique compared to the trainers or even the captains. Though he grew quicker then most graduating in half the time as most other and almost immediately gaining a seated position after words. He become one the few to graduating with a full under standing and graps over Hido and Kido.

Miz worked for nearly 187 years before gaining his Shikai.
This put him behind the bulk of most other reapers he had surpassed back in the academy. Most others had gained their in only 100 years max, this forced his captain to drop him from the 2nd seat he held and into the 5th seat. When he did unlock it though he again surpassed all but his captain. reigning his seat as 2nd seat.
Under the teachings of his former captain Miz was then 100 years later able to release his bankai. this again put him ahead of most other reapers. Miz trained sense to master his bankai. When his former captain was killed in combat he was then promoted to the captain seat.
Miz has sense spent the bulk of his time researching new tech to combat hollows and those like them.

And as i said in my join request i will not change my OC. Iv put to much work into him to rework him simply because someone feels he's to "powerful". Iv been in 10 bleach guilds so far and in every single one of those iv seen the same trend, Armor bankai's and bankai's based off the original OC's from bleach, of which i refuse to take part in. If creativity isn't allowed simply say so. Don't beat around the bush and tell someone the entirety of their powers/ability needs to be trashed.
I refuse to trash a single ability/power. I would have how ever tuned them down as need be but to trash a half a years worth of work simply is not happening.

I will be taking my OC else where i believe.
