Snickering, the colt pranced into the hills, away from the rest of his family. A mother of corruption, a father of grace, and two brothers that were in a way, like himself. The thought of growing up was not really in his mindset, but he knew that he would reach adulthood one day. That day he hoped would not come for a long time. All he wanted to do was be his young, free self. He stopped once he reached his favorite place - a rabbit's burrow dug deep into a small part of the hill.

Volaille stood there, just watching, waiting for something to poke its head out. To show the slightest sign of life. How he was able to stare at the hole for so long was a mystery, but his focus was broken once he'd heard the call of his father to return back home for they were going to travel a bit. Sure, traveling around the land was fun and stuff, but he really wanted a rabbit to come out. Least show a nose or something.

Snorting, he left the rabbit hole and walked further up the hill, away from his family. They would wait for him to catch up to them eventually anyways. That's what a family did after all - look out for one another.
