He mostly wears a cold expression; just another delinquent who acts tough by being rough. He spends his time fighting, (his only hobby), others and picking fights when and if a small event triggers his hot temper. Because he has such a hard time expressing himself, most people stay away from him. Although he has a cold and rude personality, there may be a hint of warmness hidden beneath the ice.
Sacred Gear-
A Blood’s Curse: He is able to control blood within other creatures. He may be able to create it, but it is only to his disadvantage. Creating blood drains his own and can only regain it by devouring blood from other creatures. While controlling blood may help hold back the movements of the other being for a while however, it takes a toll on his body; especially if he tries to manipulate the movements of more than one person at the same time. When his sacred gear is activated, his eyes change to a crimson red color.

This is actually the 5th and (last) school he has been transferred to within the year. He was held back a year due to lack of attendance. His father, owning several companies, purposely donated a lot to ensure Ray's position at this academy. Perhaps it is resent towards his father that Ray purposely tries to cause trouble. Either way, it is his last chance and must graduate peacefully or face consequences; according to a deal between him and his father.
