The ground has been cleared. The mud, blood, and excess of pointy objects had been removed, leaving a perfectly normal space full of perfectly normal, well-packed dirt. Overhead, five massive dorm banners waved boldly in the wind as the students gathered for the final challenge, their shadows growing deeper and darker as the minutes ticked by until the began to move independently of the students. Shifting and twitching, the shadows took on the forms of each of the dorm mascots.
They didn't look very friendly.
Especially once they began to attack.

FORMS
Once you're done rolling, post the form that corresponds with that character's dorm!
So, it was the final event huh? And what better way to finish it off then with a battle. Pokerus couldn't be more excited, walking onto the field and waiting for whatever it was she was supposed to fight. She could see other students, but apart from that there was nothing.
At least until she turned around and looked to the ground. Her shadow was awfully big, and she was pretty sure it wasn't afternoon. As the dragoness watched, her shadow began to take form. A serpentine head slithered upwards, the hooded head fanning out as it hissed at her, it's many legged tail curling around it. She could see it was preparing to lunge at her, the mascots coils bunching up and then pushing it straight towards her with it's mouth open, sharp fangs ready to pierce her skin.
It barely got close before Poke reacted. Water swirled along both her arms, and as it began to bite down she unleashed a powerful blow, watching as it was sent flying high into the sky...
As the mascot began to descend, Poke then jumped off the ground to meet in the air, both claws slashing outwards and ripping the thing to shreds before it had a chance to regenerate.
She landed on the ground as the undead monster dissipated into nothing, turning to face the audience with a feral grin spread across her face.
Nothing rested the old tense arms like a bath with candy corn jelly; after the previous trial, Levi'd needed it. Okay, it was more for her tail, really. Having a long tail did not prove useful when being mistook in a tug-o-war game for the actual pulling device, she could say that much. Once again, the trial would look promising to her regardless of whatever the standings were; Levi hadn't been paying attention. So long as there was no one to pull on her tail this round (dangit, Rex), all would come down to what she did regularly- spar. Looking around for her most regular of spar partners, the tatzel crept behind a figure with man pink reddish hair and simply said BEHIND YA! right at his ear before instinctively ducking.
It was time to fight. Shun let out a breath as he stepped into the arena, rushing off to face the chimera opposition. Unfortunately, the noise from the audience was rather distracting, and he ended up missing his mark as he shadowstepped up to the creature. He shot a glare up at the stands, then shook his head to himself. He'd just have to pick it up from here.
With his daggers in hand, the Reaper moved around to flank the monster, then drove both blades into the soft area where the wings joined its body. The creature lashed back, but the damage had already been done.
Shun continued to move around until he found the opportunity to strike from the other side. He could tell the mascot was beginning to wear down some, but he was going to need to keep things up. Time was ticking away, after all.
Unfortunately, it seemed that the creature was starting to wise up to the tactics he was using. Shun didn't manage to get much of a shot that time around. With a light hiss, he hopped back to watch it carefully.
The chimera began to advance in on him. Once it attacked, Shun began to move. He stumbled a little, unfortunately, and wasn't able to make any finishing blows this time around.
The creature snapped at him, and this time, Shun managed to drive his dagger into the side of its neck. When the mascot dissipated, he straightened up and dismissed his daggers. He was hardly satisfied with his performance in this fight. Once he was out of here, he was going to need to get back to training.
Ducking would prove to be a good strategy. West spun and swung before he could register who had spoken, missing Levi by a fair margin due to her evasive maneuvering. Rather than grumbling and muttering, as his dark expression suggested he might, the boil smirked and lowered his fists. "Coulda socked you in the jaw, ghoul." He'd hit her plenty during spars before, but it would be a waste to do so for no reason at all. Besides, they had a common enemy at the moment.
"Undead're stompin' on all the dorms in this stupid game," he said, peering across the field as a dragon he didn't recognize trounced a shadowy version of the Undead mascot. "Looks like we can kick their asses one-on-one here though."
