O V E R V I E W :
xxxx► As your Original Character progresses through various training scenarios and missions, your OC will be offered a Promotion and be elevated in Rank. Since your character will be starting out as a Private in the Military Branch that they chose upon enlisting, there are various ways for them to advance.

C A D E T :
xxxxx When first joining the guild, your OC will be a Cadet. However, once your character participates in the Graduating Ceremony, they will be able to choose to go into one of three Branches: the Survey Corps, the Military Police, or the Garrison. These are on a first-come, first-serve basis, and we might have to make a cap on each Branch depending how many members join the Guild. However, advancement from Cadet to Private requires nothing more than having your OC's Bio approved.

P R I V A T E :
xxxxx Almost all of your characters will start out as a private of the Legion they chose when they Enlisted. Privates are jokingly [ but accurately ] referred to as Titan-bait. Your Private will undergo a Rank Exam, overseen by a Commanding Officer. Depending on how well your character does, he or she will be accepted or denied a promotion.But don't be discouraged if you're denied! You may take it up to four times!

xxxx ► Cooperates Successfully with Peers, and Follows Orders Implicitly.
xxxx ► Begins to Master the use of Three-Dimensional Maneuver Gear.
S P E C I A L I S T :(20+)
xxxxx Specialists are the most common type of soldier in all three branches of the military. These men and women have honed their various skills, and have proven themselves proficient in all aspects of battle and military life. There are different types of Specialists in each branch.
xxxx ► Proficient in Defensive and Offensive Combat, 3d Maneuver Gear, and Basic Tactics.
xxxx ► Successfully Follow Orders and Learn to Delegate Team Members

xxxxx To advance to an Officer, you must show sufficient Character Growth and Development, and you must have gone on or participated in at least five missions as a Specialist. Officers are the men and women who have their own Squads -- anywhere from four to nine people who serve under and stand beside them in battle. As an Officer, you will be required to successfully order your Squad members in battle, and remain calm and intelligent in the midst of battle.
xxxx ► Has Mastered the use of Three-Dimensional Maneuver Gear.
xxxx ► Knows and Applies Advanced Tactics and Delegation.
xxxx ► Does Everything Possible to Maintain the Safety of His / Her Squad Members.

xxxxx Captains are extremely gifted men and women, having fought in numerous battles against the Titans and come out unscathed -- or relatively so. Must have participated in at least eight missions as an Officer.

A Step-By-Step Guide
INFORMATION :
xxxx► All characters will start out as Cadets. Once your OC's Bio is approved, you automatically are promoted to a Private.
xxxx► After you become a Private, you'll be promoted based on a point system. You must obtain a set amount of points to advance, as well as complete various other tasks.
MISSIONS :
xxxx► Missions are Event Roleplays run by Staff members that involve one to seven people.
xxxx► There will be certain goals that you must achieve to successfully complete a mission and earn points.
xxxx► You will be awarded points that are dependent on how well your character does. The amount of points given to you will vary based on if you followed set criteria.
xxxx► You will receive 5 POINTS for participating in a Mission, regardless of if you pass or fail.
xxxx► You can get a maximum of 1O POINTS per Mission.
