First off in regard to the religion thread, I want to reiterate that I am NOT Atheist, that would mean I believe in nothing at all...and I follow the teachings of Buddha and the code of the samurai known better as Bushido.. I believe that we as people are in control of our own destinies, why does someone have to cling to a "God" (not just the Christian God) in order to live their life in a way that is both fulfilling and socially acceptable.

Please don't continue to converse about religion here, I just feel after several people called me dense for MY beliefs that I at least deserve the chance to defend myself...or maybe I don't, but I am going to anyway.

I was not trying to start a fight, please put all egos aside and realize that I am entitled to my own beliefs no matter if you agree with them or not. I respect everyone's right to believe the way they choose, and I do understand peoples need to cling to "God" but as far as I am concerned there is nothing that Christianity can offer me that I cannot find myself elsewhere...The Bible is not the only key to happiness.

With that said....Thank you AJ for defending me and I did try to answer your questions intelligently at first, before I was bashed by several other people when I had no intention of doing anything more then sharing my beliefs with you because you asked a question. And I do apologize to anyone who was offended by anything I said, as you have every right to be if what I believe goes against what you believe.
