I'm a female.
I'm 11 years old.
My birthday is October 29, 2012
My dream job is a journalist like my father.
My blood status is Half-blood.
This is my First year here at Hogwarts.
The house I'm in is Ravenclaw.
I'm interested in people.
I'm currently with myself.
People say that, in a nutshell, I'm quiet but friendly. But only at first. I can get really excited when I get to know someone and become their friend. Sometimes I just like watching people talk. But a lot of the time, I like reading all kinds of books but fun books about adventures and space and magic are my favorite. I love telling people about what I've read and making up stories or asking them what they'd do if they were in the book. But most of all, I love making people smile. My dad always told me to always smile because it brightens everyone's day and spreads happiness. It makes me wonder if smiles really are contagious. I ask a lot of questions and sometimes talk too much, but my dad says that it's good that I have an 'inquisitive mind', even if it annoys mom sometimes.
My background story is not quite normal I suppose. But it was for the most part. I grew up with my mom and dad in America and got pretty good grades I guess. I didn't have a LOT of friends but I had group of really close friends. I always loved taking them home and bragging about my dad the writer, but he's always so shy! He always smiles though. Mom says that I have his smile, but I think that his is different. It's soft and quiet and peaceful. And I can sometimes be all that, but not for long. Mom always encourages me to read, but the books she wants me to read aren't very interesting. They usually have a lot of words I don't understand yet or they just don't make sense to me. Then she tells me to read a dictionary, but that's even more boring! I'd rather read books about Star Wars or dragons and fairies. My favorite book is Inkheart. My dad always encourages me to read whatever I want and write whatever I want, but that makes mom mad. She yells at dad a lot. About me a lot of the time I think. I didn't really understand at the time. All I knew was that she says that she wants the best for me and for me to do my best. I don't think my best is good enough though. Sometimes I think I'm not normal, but not in the good way. Weird things happen to me like my milk at dinner would be chocolate milk or an orange sweater that my aunt would buy would turn blue in the wash or one of the fantasy books I bought at the book fair that I thought my mom threw away would reappear on my bookshelf. I never really thought too hard about those kinds of things, but I always thought it was weird when my mom would get mad at my dad whenever they happened. It was some time after I turned ten that mom started to get sick a lot. Dad says that it's just a cold or a flu going around the school where mom works but I worry about her.
I enjoy swimming, books, talking, meeting new people, pudding, singing alone.
I despise pessimistic people, cruel people, narrow-mindedness, astronomy, asparagus.
I'm afraid of water monsters (or really anything that might grab me while I'm swimming), wasps and spiders.
My strengths are Charms and DADA.
My flaws are Transfiguration and Astronomy.
I look like
1st & 2nd Year: This
3rd & 4th: This
5th, 6th & 7th: This
My wand is a Willow, 9 3/4 inches with Fairy Wings.
My pet is a snake. An Apricot Pueblan Milk Snake to be precise, named Anko. She looks very similar to a coral snake but she's completely non-venomous and she's never bit anyone before. But daddy says I still can't bring her to Hogwarts until my second year.
Oh yes, there's something else I need to tell you! I have a rare condition called Heterochromia iridum, which just basically means that my right eye and my left eye are different colors! My right eye is green and my left eye is blue. I also inherited a tiny mole under my left eye from my mom.
