Young people tend to fall into the former group. They were generally easier to manage and one usually got a great sense of satisfaction especially when one had the fortunate coincidence of being there when they were first brought in followed by the clinic visits to check on their recovery process right up till their complete recovery eventually back to their baseline functional status before the incident that had them brought to the hospital.
Going through the case notes for the next patient his clinic assistant had taken the initiative in ushering into the consultation room for him, Boaz frowned slightly at the documented compound fracture that Ruthie had initially come in with. The details surrounding the incident that led to the injury were spotty at best but he knew that it wasn't his place to press for that piece of information from the young purple haired female who was about to come into his room. Her tender age was what she had going for her recovery process but if they weren't careful enough, there was a possibility that even she could run into complications with the healing process.
Sliding his gaze over to the X-rays that were taken upon her arrival to the hospital, he peered closely at the images, trying to ascertain if everything was indeed as expected for her progress today. "Miss Ruthie Goldstein?" He turned to smile kindly at her, looking her once over before focusing his attention on the arm that was still encased within the cast. "Doctor Crawford here. How're you today? Any problems with your arm and the cast thus far?"
