This is an upgrade quest for my civilian, Carlee Hunter

Senshi: Sailor Chibi Elvira, Senshi of Poinsettias

Challenge: Boy, have I got flower power!

Fuku Colour:
Main Color: Red
Secondary Color: Green

Fuku: ELEMENTS TO THINK ABOUT FOR SENSHI, FEMALE AND MALE -- YOU DON'T HAVE TO HAVE THESE, JUST THINK ABOUT THEM User Image

She's going to look like this pretty much. IDK. =< Refs, man. Refs.

Your MAIN COLOUR should dominate. Your SECOND COLOUR should be used for trimming.

Attacks: These are your senshi's abilities, which will be used in battle. These abilities correspond to your senshi's element. Think of it as a "summary" of what your senshi can do in one word.

Sailor Scout Attack: Elvira Wreath!
Sailor Elvira holds her hands together and says the name of her attack, then spreads the hands apart in a circle formation, creating a wreath of energy poinsettias. She flings these at an opponent and if they hit the/a target, the/a target will suddenly appear to be wearing a wreath of the energy poinsettias and a feeling of happiness will overtake them, lasting ten seconds. The attack can be used three times per battle.

Super Sailor Scout Attack: Elvira Garland!
Sailor Elvira holds her hands together and says the name of her attack, then spreads the hands apart in a circle formation, creating a long garland of energy poinsettias. She flings these at an opponent and if they hit the/a target, the/a target will suddenly appear to be wearing a garland of the energy poinsettias around their shoulders and a feeling of happiness will overtake them, lasting twenty seconds. The attack can be used three times per battle.

Eternal Sailor Attack: Elvira Sight Sap!
Elvira holds out her hands and a three inch energy poinsettia forms in her hand which is then thrown at an opponent. If the poinsettia lands on them, they lose vision for twenty five seconds. If it does not land, the attack is useless. This can be used twice per battle.

Clarifications for the attacks!

While considered by the ancient Aztecs to be symbols of purity, in today's language of flowers, red, white or pink poinsettias, the December birth flower, symbolize good cheer and success and are said to bring wishes of mirth and celebration.

And!

While the sap and latex of many plants of the spurge genus are indeed toxic, the poinsettia's toxicity is relatively mild. Its latex can cause an allergic reaction in sensitive individuals. It is also mildly irritating to the skin or stomach and may sometimes cause diarrhea and vomiting if eaten. Sap introduced into the human eye may cause temporary blindness.

Hey darlin! I think her first two attacks look good. My only concern is her Eternal attack- I wonder if complete loss of vision for 25 seconds twice in a battle is a little much for a Chibi. Not only that in your explanation in your second post, it says that it may cause temporary blindness so I don't know that it's an effect that would happen often enough? I think some irritation/some sort of allergic reaction (so it's still and effective attack and annoying, like Chibi attacks should be) to the flower thrown would work well? Itchy, watery eyes, blurred vision (to stick with the same theme for the effect, without complete vision loss), etc. That way there is still partial vision loss but not entire.

Lemme know what you think? <3

I was hoping the limitations on her attack, (the poinsettia must hit them) would make up for the attack strength given than there's already a chance that as a chibi her attack will fail+she has to actually throw the poinsettia and hit them for the attack to take effect. Also losing vision for only 25 seconds I didn't think would be overpowering because at her rank and age she can do nothing lethal, it would just make for a good escape mechanism!

Okie dokie~ Just to clarify then, since you don't want to change anything: when the Poinsettia hits the opponent, does it have to hit bare skin? Or does it just have to hit them, period?

I was thinking that because the majority of chaos characters are pretty covered that the attack would just have to hit their person and it wouldn't matter if it hit skin or fabric or anything.

Okay! I'll be honest, I'm not 100% sure that complete vision loss is appropriate for a chibi but I'll go ahead and pass it on up to the GMs to decide :3

Kinda-sorta trial stamped? XD

There are a few chibis who can paralyze a person (sometimes entirely) in play, so I think temporary blindness should be all right? They might not be able to see, but at least they can still move to defend themselves. The attack doesn't do any damage and there seems to be a pretty high risk that the attack will miss, so I'm all right approving this. Enjoy playing her!
