I'll Start.
Hannibal walked into his office, down trod by the way Will had spoken to him before he escaped prison only to find Will sitting on the chaise lounge waiting for him.

"I thought scheduling an appointment, in this case, might be considered rude," Will muttered softly.

It was true that there was no evidence for his allegations, but at the same time, he just couldn't wipe away the image of Lecter force feeding him Abigail's ear. Just the thought makes him want to retch.
(I hope you don't mind me writing a little more than one sentence!) redface

She could still be alive and I'm here to help you remember what you've done," Hannibal stated optimistically and passionately, "But you shouldn't be here, you should have stayed in custody, because now you are painting a very guilty picture." (it's ok, it's pretty hard to write just one sentence.)

(it's ok, it's pretty hard to write just one sentence.) The room fell into an eery silence, as Will contemplated Hannibal's words. He had wanted to remain defiant, to best the Doctor at his own game, but he could slowly feel his reservoir tumbling before his eyes. He needed Hannibal. He was the only one who understood; the only one who supported him, even if it was under false pretences. "It doesn't make a difference does it? Whether I'm innocent or not... they've labeled me as guilty since the day I was first admitted and you know that." Will rubbed his eyes tiredly. "Doctor, I need help and I need a place to stay. There's no one who would listen and nowhere for me to go." Trembling, he looks up at Hannibal, desperately needing him to accept.
(I'm just boosting their story ahead a little... Hannigram alert! haha Btw, if we continue with this, we can probably even publish this as co-authors. wink )

I don't know what I was intending to achieve by suggesting for you to help me. They probably already have an warning akin to the amber alert for me, 'shoot at sight' if you will." Will snorted out a mirthless chuckle, his desperation fading. "You can say that I'm not in the right mindset. I might not even be aware if sitting here in your office is a reality, or a figment of my encephalitis." Slowly, Will struggles to get up on his feet, his face reddened by a sudden flush of fever. He had thought that a reduced exposure to Lecter's manipulations and fluid injections would cease his breakdowns, but he had guessed wrong. Turning his back to the doctor, Will mutters out a half-hearted farewell before his legs gave out and he succumbed to the darkness.

"Dr. Bloom was about to polish up her statement in support for your unstable condition and you waltz out of here like it's no big deal!" Standing up abruptly, the older man pushed his chair roughly across the gritty hospital floor, before turning to face the door. His shoulders and demeanour quickly faded. "It's hard to see you like this Will, knowing that I pushed you over the edge, but you have to at least keep whatever remnants of yourself together. At least try to defend yourself instead of accusing Dr. Lecter. It's no good for you or the case."
