The things I've done...
Dreams are like the weather. A gentle breeze can blow to the west for an entire day simply being there. Suddenly something happens to that breeze. A current of greater temperature coming from the opposite direction clashes against it. To opposing forces struggle to pass eachother until they finally start to rotate. In a matter of minutes the speed of the currents picks up tremenduosly and finally what was once a gental breeze that you never even noticed becomes your demise.
Atsuma was dreaming like a breeze. Although they were technically memories. "Tsu-tsu-chan!" A little girl shouted from below. Atsuma towered over her like a lion to a cat. In the dream he was wearing his Captain's Cloak. He never did wear shades back then. "I told you not to call me that..." He mumbled as his hands reached down the pick the girl up. She liked to sit on his shoulder. "Hey what's that over there?" She pointed curiously at something in the distance. Atsuma in the dream world couldn't really tell what it was. His eyes blinked and a hollow was in front of him and the little girl. The hollow simply grinned at him. What was the damn thing so happy about? It kept looking down at something. Its' hands maybe? Everything was different now. The little girl was on the hollows shoulder pointing at Atsuma and everything was dark. Atsuma felt something role down his cheeks. His fingers felt an extremely cold liquid. "Blood?" He said before finally realizing what was in the hollows hands. It was holding his eyes and the girl wasn't pointing at him. She was pointing at a demon behind Atsuma. A demon that oddly resembled him.
"Gah!" Atsuma's eyes were greeted by the dark. Another nightmare filled with riddling occurences. Everytime it was something different. Sweat formed across his forehead while his heart beat remained erratic. It usually took a minute or two for him to calm down.
Atsuma pulled the blankets covering his body away to reveal a muscular body with many scars. His left arm was useless ever since the Incident. It was the most scarred part of his body. A sudden hunger hit the man as he got into position for push-ups. After about 2 hours he stopped. He dried his sweat off with a small towel and walked over to the kitchen. The fridge had bachelor written all over it. An expired carton of milk, a carton of eggs containing one egg and for some reason his cellphone. "God damn it..." He mumbled taking it out. It was broken alright. Now Atsuma needed food and a new cell.
Puting on his usual attire, Atsuma tucked his left arm away like a brace. His shades were next to the keys as always. Upon putting thdm on his vision only got darker. Letting out a sigh he opened the door, locked it and kept on walking. [[Exit]]
Deny me redemption.
