I heard it was a short game. I haven't gotten a chance to play it often, so I only beat the first gym.

It's really easy to run through this one, especially with a little game experience and some of the new mechanics and items, like the Exp. Share working like Exp. All...

A little over 3 hours into Pokemon Y now. smile
Just got the Roller Skates and defeated my first gym leader. Whoo!
I know, I'm slow... sweatdrop
Have to backtrack to get one of those bunny things. I traded mine for that bird with the leek.

It was really easy, felt like I didnt really need to train at all. Not sure how I felt bout the map at first but I guess I liked it. Still trying to find someone to tell me what's in my friend safari. xD

Update: I just finished with the Pokeball Factory in Laverre City.
I now have all the badges up through Fairy. smile
Wonder Trade is awesome! I got two Dittos that way. Love my Dittos.
On the GTS, I managed to get 3 Vivilions that I didn't have yet. But you have got to be quick and patient! They trade really fast.
I have a box full of Eevees, still trying to figure out how to evolve them. I have Espeon, Jolteon, Vaporeon and Flareon - Need to look up how to get the rest.
Espurrs are so cute! heart

Espurr is cute! I've trained both genders, but unfortunately it didn't make it onto my Psychic-only run for long. There were too many awesome Pokemon to choose from!
I've played through Y twice now, taking about an hour a day over a few weeks. I could beat it faster if I wanted, but I found it lots of fun to constantly switch around the Pokemon I had. I used to stick with a group I caught early on because training up new Pokemon was a bore to me. But between Super Training, Amie, and Exp. Share, it's quicker and more fun to get a new team member up to speed. Then I end up wasting time to grow berries that I never use, lol...

i'm nearly to the third gym, and i just beat calem in the mastery tower thing.
i think i'm going to keep my sylveon in my basic team, as well as my starter. maybe my driblim, too. other than that, i don't know really. :l however, my floette is nice, along with my wartortle. but i need balance....
