Personality: Manipulative, enjoys playing mind games with people. Generally unkind, he refuses to see value of any individual person beyond the importance they put on themselves. He finds most people useless and devoid of reason. He seldom enjoys himself, but finds time to relax occasionally.

Biography: Born to the Watari Family, Iskander, named after Alexander the Great, was raised from birth to become a shinigami. He was instructed by various family members, retired Shinigami, and his Father. By the time he came of age to join the Shinigami Academy, Iskander was already proficient at mid level Kido, and sword skill. While Iskander surpassed many of his students, Iskander found himself alone and wanting. It didn't take him long to realize his own social deficiency, and how it impacted him in team exercises.

Even after his time was complete at the academy, Iskander found these deficiency firmly rooted. An obsession began to spark within him. Iskander began studying other souls in extreme detail, attempting to fix his ineptitude. He spent years obsessing over this, and with each passing day he found himself despising his fellow shinigami. Husbands cheating on their wives, soldiers abusing positions. What he hated most was how little importance they placed on their own existences, how many of them were content to mull through their lives, never reaching for anything more. Iskander also found souls worthy of note, people who were willing to strive for better things, to sacrifice it all for the sakes of others.

Overtime, his teamwork skills improved drastically, allowing him to be put on more high risk assignments in the Human world. While he recieved high marks from his superiors, his comrades began to see a pattern to him. Many of them began to think that Iskander was just manipulating them to advance his own position. When they pressed him for answers, he very bluntly told them, "It wouldn't matter if i were manipulating you or not, after all were alive because you listened to me". Some of his comrades became infatuated with him, while others began to loath him as he began to climb seats in the squad. After leading several missions, Iskander received an envoy from his family, requesting that he return.
